he who emigrates in the way of allah will find in the earth enough room for refuge and plentiful resources . and he who goes forth from his house as a migrant in the way of allah and his messenger , and whom death overtakes , his reward becomes incumbent on allah .
আর যখন তোমরা পৃথিবীতে বেরোও তখন তোমাদের উপরে কোনো অপরাধ হবে না যদি তোমরা নামাযে ' কছর ’ করো , যদি তোমরা আশঙ ্ কা করো যে যারা অবিশ ্ বাস পোষণ করে তারা তোমাদের ঝামেলা করবে । নিঃসন ্ দেহ অবিশ ্ বাসীরা হচ ্ ছে তোমাদের প ্ রতি প ্ রকাশ ্ য শত ্ রু ।

as for those who emigrated in the way of allah and were slain , or died , allah will provide them with fine provisions . allah is the best of providers .
আর যারা আল ্ লাহ ্ ‌ র পথে হিজরত করে , তারপর নিহত হয় অথবা মৃত ্ যু বরণ করে , আল ্ লাহ ্ অবশ ্ যই তাদের উত ্ তম জীবনোপকরণ উপভোগ করতে দেবেন । আর নিঃসন ্ দেহ আল ্ লাহ ্ -- তিনিই তো জীবিকাদাতাদের মধ ্ যে সর ্ বশ ্ রেষ ্ ঠ ।

lo ! ye are those who are called to spend in the way of allah , yet among you there are some who hoard . and as for him who hoardeth , he hoardeth only from his soul .
দেখো , তোমরাই তো তারা যাদের আহ ্ বান করা হচ ্ ছে যেন তোমরা আল ্ লাহ ্ ‌ র পথে ব ্ যয় কর , কিন ্ ত তোমাদের মধ ্ যে রয়েছে তারা যারা কৃপণতা করছে , বস ্ তুতঃ যে কার ্ পণ ্ য করে সে তো বখিলি করছে তার নিজেরই বিরুদ ্ ধে । আর আল ্ লাহ ্ ধনবান , এবং তোমরা অভাবগ ্ রস ্ ত । আর তোমরা যদি ফিরে যাও তবে তিনি তোমাদের স ্ থলে অন ্ য লোকদের বদলে আনবেন , তখন তারা তোমাদের মতন হবে না ।

fight thou therefore in the way of allah thou are not tasked except for thy own soul , and persuade the believers ; belike allah will withhold the violence of those who disbelieve . and allah is stronger in violence and stronger in chastising .
আল ্ লাহর রাহে যুদ ্ ধ করতে থাকুন , আপনি নিজের সত ্ তা ব ্ যতীত অন ্ য কোন বিষয়ের যিম ্ মাদার নন ! আর আপনি মুসলমানদেরকে উৎসাহিত করতে থাকুন । শীঘ ্ রই আল ্ লাহ কাফেরদের শক ্ তি-সামর ্ থ খর ্ ব করে দেবেন । আর আল ্ লাহ শক ্ তি-সামর ্ থের দিক দিয়ে অত ্ যন ্ ত কঠোর এবং কঠিন শাস ্ তিদাতা ।

allah has already informed us of the truth about you . allah will observe your conduct , and so will his messenger ; then you will be brought back to him who knows alike what lies beyond perception and what lies in the range of perception and will let you know what you have done . "
তারা তোমাদের কাছে অজুহাত দেখাবে যে কেন তারা যখন তোমরা তাদের কাছে ফিরে আসবে । তুমি বলো -- ''অজুহাত পেশ করো না, আমরা কখনো তোমাদের বিশ্বাস করব না, আল্লাহ্ ইতিমধ্যে তোমাদের খবরাখবর আমাদের জানিয়ে দিয়েছেন। আর আল্লাহ্ ও তাঁর রসূল অবশ্যই তোমাদের কার্যকলাপ লক্ষ্য করবেন, তারপর তোমাদের ফিরিয়ে আনা হবে অদৃশ্য ও দৃশ্য বস্তুর পরিজ্ঞাতার নিকটে, তখন তিনি তোমাদের জানিয়ে দেবেন যা তোমরা করে যাচ্ছিলে।’’

allah will surely try you somewhat ( in the matter ) of the game which ye take with your hands and your spears , that allah may know him who feareth him in secret . whoso transgresseth after this , for him there is a painful doom .
ওহে যারা ঈমান এনেছ ! আল ্ লাহ ্ নিশ ্ চয়ই তোমাদের পরীক ্ ষা করবেন শিকারের কিছু ব ্ যাপারে যা তোমাদের হাত ও তোমাদের বর ্ শা নাগাল পায় , যেন আল ্ লাহ ্ যাচাই করতে পারেন কে তাঁকে ভয় করে অগোচরে । কাজেই যে কেউ এর পরেও সীমালঙ ্ ঘন করে তার জন ্ য ব ্ যথাদায়ক শাস ্ তি ।

count ye the slaking of a pilgrim 's thirst and tendance of the inviolable place of worship as ( equal to the worth of ) him who believeth in allah and the last day , and striveth in the way of allah ? they are not equal in the sight of allah .
তোমরা কি হজযাত ্ রীদের পানি সরবরাহ করা ও পবিত ্ র মসজিদের দেখাশোনা করাকে তুল ্ যজ ্ ঞান করো তার সাথে যে আল ্ লাহ ্ ‌ র প ্ রতি ও পরকালের প ্ রতি আস ্ থা রেখেছে আর আল ্ লাহ ্ ‌ র পথে সংগ ্ রাম করছে ? আল ্ লাহ ্ ‌ র কাছে ওরা সমতুল ্ য নয় । আর আল ্ লাহ ্ অন ্ যায়কারী সম ্ প ্ রদায়কে সৎপথে পরিচালন করেন না ।

we have indeed sent down the true book towards you ( o dear prophet mohammed peace and – blessings be upon him ) , so that you may judge between men , in the way allah may show you ; and do not plead on behalf of the treacherous .
আর আল ্ লাহ ্ ‌ র কাছে পরিত ্ রাণ খোঁজো । নিঃসন ্ দেহ আল ্ লাহ ্ হচ ্ ছেন পরিত ্ রাণকারী , অফুরন ্ ত ফলদাতা ।

whoever from among you turns back from his religion ( islam ) , allah will bring a people whom he will love and they will love him ; humble towards the believers , stern towards the disbelievers , fighting in the way of allah , and never afraid of the blame of the blamers . that is the grace of allah which he bestows on whom he wills .
ওহে যারা ঈমান এনেছ ! তোমাদের মধ ্ যে থেকে যে কেউ তার ধর ্ ম থেকে ফিরে যায় , আল ্ লাহ ্ তবে শীঘ ্ রই নিয়ে আসবেন একটি সম ্ প ্ রদায় -- তাদের তিনি ভালোবাসবেন ও তারা তাঁকে ভালোবাসবে , মুমিনদের প ্ রতি বিনীত , অবিশ ্ বাসীদের প ্ রতি কঠোর , তারা আল ্ লাহ ্ ‌ র পথে জিহাদ করবে , আর ভয় করবে না কোনো নিন ্ দুকের নিন ্ দা । এই হচ ্ ছে আল ্ লাহ ্ ‌ র এক আশিস -- তিনি তা প ্ রদান করেন যাকে তিনি ইচ ্ ছে করেন । আর আল ্ লাহ ্ পরম বদান ্ য , সর ্ বজ ্ ঞাতা ।

but who will help us , against the might of god , if it comes upon us ? ' said pharaoh , ' i only let you see what i see ; i only guide you in the way of rectitude . '

আপন পালনকর ্ তার পথের প ্ রতি আহবান করুন জ ্ ঞানের কথা বুঝিয়ে ও উপদেশ শুনিয়ে উত ্ তমরূপে এবং তাদের সাথে বিতর ্ ক করুন পছন ্ দ যুক ্ ত পন ্ থায় । নিশ ্ চয় আপনার পালনকর ্ তাই ঐ ব ্ যক ্ তি সম ্ পর ্ কে বিশেষ ভাবে জ ্ ঞাত রয়েছেন , যে তাঁর পথ থেকে বিচ ্ যুত হয়ে পড়েছে এবং তিনিই ভাল জানেন তাদেরকে , যারা সঠিক পথে আছে ।

so fight ( o muhammad ) in the way of allah thou art not taxed ( with the responsibility for anyone ) except thyself - and urge on the believers . peradventure allah will restrain the might of those who disbelieve .
আল ্ লাহর রাহে যুদ ্ ধ করতে থাকুন , আপনি নিজের সত ্ তা ব ্ যতীত অন ্ য কোন বিষয়ের যিম ্ মাদার নন ! আর আপনি মুসলমানদেরকে উৎসাহিত করতে থাকুন । শীঘ ্ রই আল ্ লাহ কাফেরদের শক ্ তি-সামর ্ থ খর ্ ব করে দেবেন । আর আল ্ লাহ শক ্ তি-সামর ্ থের দিক দিয়ে অত ্ যন ্ ত কঠোর এবং কঠিন শাস ্ তিদাতা ।

if you do not help him , allah will help him as he helped him when he was driven out with one other ( abu bakr ) by the unbelievers . when the two were in the cave , he said to his companion : ' do not sorrow , allah is with us ' then allah caused his tranquility ( shechina ) to descend upon him and supported him with legions ( of angels ) you did not see , and he made the word of the unbelievers the lowest , and the word of allah is the highest .
তোমরা যদি তাঁকে সাহায ্ য না কর তবে আল ্ লাহ ্ তাঁকে ইতিপূর ্ বে সাহায ্ য করেছিলেন যখন যারা অবিশ ্ বাস পোষণ করেছিল তারা তাঁকে বের করে দিয়েছিল , দুই জনের দ ্ বিতীয় জন , যখন তাঁরা দুজন ছিলেন গুহার ভেতরে , যখন তিনি তাঁর সঙ ্ গীকে বলেছিলেন -- ''বিষন্ন হয়ো না, নিঃসন্দেহ আল্লাহ্ আমাদের সঙ্গে রয়েছেন।’’ অতঃপর আল্লাহ্ তাঁর প্রশান্তি অবতারণ করেছিলেন তাঁর উপরে আর তাঁর বলবৃদ্ধি করেছিলেন এমন এক বাহিনী দিয়ে যাদের তোমরা দেখতে পাও নি, আর যারা অবিশ্বাস পোষণ করেছিল তাদের কথাবার্তাকে হেয় করেছিলেন। আর আল্লাহ্‌র বাণী -- তা হচ্ছে উচ্চতম। আর আল্লাহ্ হচ্ছেন মহাশক্তিশালী, পরমজ্ঞানী।
