ထိုသို့ဖြစ်စေခြင်းငှါ သင်တို့သည် ခရစ်တော်တရားကို သင်ကြပြီမဟုတ်ဘဲ၊

သို့သော်လည်း ဘုရားသခင်ကို ချစ်ခြင်းမေတ္တာသည် သင်တို့၌ မရှိသည်ကို ငါသိ၏။

but we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of god, and not of us.
သို့သော်လည်း တန်ခိုးတော်၏ဂုဏ်သရေသည် ငါတို့နှင့်မဆိုင်၊ ဘုရားသခင်နှင့်ဆိုင်မည်အကြောင်း၊ ထိုဘဏ္ဍာသည်မြေအိုးထဲမှာ ထည့်ထားလျက်ငါတို့၌ရှိ၏။

ဥပမာကား၊ ကိုယ်တခု၌ အင်္ဂါအများရှိသည်ဖြစ်၍၊ ထိုအင်္ဂါအများသည် ဆောင်ရွက်စရာအမှုတခု တည်း မရှိသကဲ့သို့၊

again, think ye that we excuse ourselves unto you? we speak before god in christ: but we do all things, dearly beloved, for your edifying.
တဖန်တုံး၊ ငါတို့သည်သင်တို့ရှေ့၌ ကိုယ်အပြစ်ဖြေရာစကားကို ပြောသည်ဟုထင်ကြသလော။ ခရစ်တော်ကိုထောက်၍ ဘုရားသခင်ရှေ့၌ငါတို့ ပြောကြ၏။ ချစ်သူတို့၊ ငါတို့ပြုသမျှမှာ သင်တို့ကို တည်ဆောက်ခြင်းအလိုငှါ ပြုကြ၏။
