the rod and reproof give wisdom: but a child left to himself bringeth his mother to shame.
ကြိမ်လုံးနှင့်ရိုက်ခြင်း၊ နှုတ်နှင့်ဆုံးမခြင်းအားဖြင့် ပညာတိုးပွါးတတ်၏။ တတ်တိုင်းနေစေသော သူငယ်သည် အမိကို အရှက်ခွဲတတ်၏။

but if there be no interpreter, let him keep silence in the church; and let him speak to himself, and to god.
စကားပြန်မရှိလျှင်၊ ဟောပြောသောသူသည် အသင်းတော်၌ တိတ်ဆိတ်စွာနေ၍ မိမိအား၎င်း၊ ဘုရား သခင်အား၎င်း ပြောစေ။

and all things are of god, who hath reconciled us to himself by jesus christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation;
ထိုသို့ဖြစ်သော် ဘုရားသခင်၏ တန်ခိုးတော်အားဖြင့် ဖြစ်ကြ၏။ ဘုရားသခင်သည် ယေရှုခရစ် အားဖြင့် ငါတို့၏ရန်ကိုငြိမ်းစေ၍ ကိုယ်တော်နှင့် မိဿဟာယဖွဲ့စေတော်မူ၏။ ထိုမိဿဟာယတရားကို ဟောရသော အခွင့်အရာကို ငါတို့၌အပ်ပေးတော်မူ၏။

he that reproveth a scorner getteth to himself shame: and he that rebuketh a wicked man getteth himself a blot.
မထီမဲ့မြင်ပြုသောသူကို ဆုံးမသောသူသည် အရှက်ကွဲခြင်းကို၎င်း၊ လူဆိုးကိုအပြစ်ပြသော သူသည် ကဲ့ရဲ့ခြင်းကို၎င်း ခံရလိမ့်မည်။

neither shall he multiply wives to himself, that his heart turn not away: neither shall he greatly multiply to himself silver and gold.
သူ၏ စိတ်နှလုံးသည် ဖောက်ပြန်ခြင်းနှင့် ကင်းလွတ်မည်အကြောင်း များစွာသော မယားတို့ကို မယူ ရ။ ရွှေငွေကိုလည်း များစွာမဆည်းဖူးရ။

and the priest that offereth any man's burnt offering, even the priest shall have to himself the skin of the burnt offering which he hath offered.
လူတစုံတယောက် ပြုသော မီးရှို့ရာယဇ်ကို ပူဇော်သော ယဇ်ပုရောဟိတ်သည်၊ မိမိပူဇော်သော ယဇ်ကောင်အရေကိုယူရမည်။

ပေတရုသည် သတိရလျှင်၊ ယခုပင် သခင်ဘုရားသည် မိမိကောင်းကင်တမန်ကို စေလွှတ်၍ ဟေရုဒ်မင်း လက်မှ၎င်း၊ ယုဒလူတို့၏ မြော်လင့်ခြင်းမှ ၎င်း၊ ငါ့ကိုကယ်နှုတ်တော်မူသည် ငါအမှန်သိ၏ဟု အောက်မေ့စဉ်၊

and when he that hath an issue is cleansed of his issue; then he shall number to himself seven days for his cleansing, and wash his clothes, and bathe his flesh in running water, and shall be clean.
ရိနာစွဲသောသူသည် အနာပျောက်သောအခါ၊ ပျောက်သောနေ့ကစ၍၊ ခုနစ်ရက်လွန်မှ မိမိအဝတ်ကို လျှော်၍၊ စီးသောရေနှင့် ကိုယ်ကိုချိုးသဖြင့် စင်ကြယ်ရ၏။

and what one nation in the earth is like thy people, even like israel, whom god went to redeem for a people to himself, and to make him a name, and to do for you great things and terrible, for thy land, before thy people, which thou redeemedst to thee from egypt, from the nations and their gods?
နာမတော်ကို ထင်ရှားစေ၍ အဲဂုတ္တုပြည်အစ ရှိသော အခြားသောပြည်များ၊ သူတို့ဘုရားများတို့မှ ရွေးနှုတ်တော်မူသော ကိုယ်တော်၏ လူမျိုးရှေ့တွင် လူမျိုးတော်အဘို့နှင့်ပြည်တော်အဘို့ ကြောက်မက်ဘွယ် သော အမှုကြီးတို့ကို ပြုခြင်းငှါ၊ ဘုရားသခင်ကြွ၍ ကိုယ်တော်အဘို့ရွေး နှုတ်တော်မူသော ကိုယ်တော်၏လူ ဣသရေလအမျိုးနှင့်တူသော လူမျိုးတစုံတမျိုးသည် မြေကြီးပေါ်မှာ ရှိပါသလော။

do ye look on things after the outward appearance? if any man trust to himself that he is christ's, let him of himself think this again, that, as he is christ's, even so are we christ's.
မျက်နှာကိုသာ ကြည့်မှတ်ကြသလော့။ အကြင်သူက၊ ငါသည်ခရစ်တော်၏လူဖြစ်သည်ဟု မိမိ၌ စွဲလမ်း ခြင်းရှိ၏၊ ထိုသူသည် ခရစ်တော်၏လူဖြစ်သကဲ့သို့၊ ငါတို့ သည်လည်း ခရစ်တော်၏ လူဖြစ်ကြောင်းကို တဖန် အလိုအလျောက် ဆင်ခြင်သိမှတ်စေ။
