wherefore do i take my flesh in my teeth, and put my life in mine hand?
သို့သော်လည်း ငါသည် ကိုယ်အသားကို ပစပ် နှင့်ကိုက်ချီလျက်၊ ကိုယ်အသက်ကိုလည်း လက်နှင့်ကိုက် လျက် ဆောင်သွားမည်။

for i lift up my hand to heaven, and say, i live for ever.
ငါသည် အစဉ်အမြဲအသက်ရှင်ပေ၏ဟု ငါ့လက် ကို ကောင်းကင်သို့ချီ၍ ကျိန်ဆို၏။

he will not suffer me to take my breath, but filleth me with bitterness.

and my heart hath been secretly enticed, or my mouth hath kissed my hand:

and he said, for these seven ewe lambs shalt thou take of my hand, that they may be a witness unto me, that i have digged this well.

behold, my terror shall not make thee afraid, neither shall my hand be heavy upon thee.
သင်သည် ကြောက်ရွံ့ရမည်အကြောင်း ငါ၌ ကြောက်မက်ဘွယ်သော အရာမရှိ။ သင့်အပေါ်မှာ ငါသည် လေးသောလက်ကိုမတင်။

and i will turn my hand upon thee, and purely purge away thy dross, and take away all thy tin:
သင့်ကိုလည်း ငါကိုင်ယူပြီးလျှင်၊ ချော်နှင့်ရှင်း ရှင်း ကင်းစင်စေ၍ သင်၏ကြေးဖြူရှိသမျှကိုလည်း ပယ်ရှားမည်။

and it shall come to pass, while my glory passeth by, that i will put thee in a clift of the rock, and will cover thee with my hand while i pass by:
ငါ့ဘုန်းရှောက်သွားသောအခါ၊ သင့်ကို ကျောက်ကြား၌ ငါသွင်းထား၍ ငါကြွသွားသည်အခိုက်၊ သင့်ကို ငါ့လက်နှင့် ဖုံးအုပ်မည်။

and all these blessings shall come on thee, and overtake thee, if thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the lord thy god.
သင်၏ဘုရားသခင် ထာဝရဘုရား၏ စကား တော်ကို နားထောင်လျှင်၊ သင့်အပေါ်မှာ သက်ရောက် လတံ့သော ကောင်းကြီးမင်္ဂလာများ ဟူမူကား။

and i give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.
ထာဝရအသက်ကိုလည်း ငါပေး၏။ သိုးတို့သည် ပျက်စီးခြင်းနှင့် အစဉ်မပြတ်ကင်းလွတ်ကြလိမ့်မည်။ အဘယ်သူမျှထိုသိုးတို့ကို ငါ့လက်မှမနှုတ်မယူရာ။

ရှမွေလကလည်း၊ သင်တို့သည် ငါ့လက်၌ သူတပါး၏ ဥစ္စာကို ရှာ၍ မတွေ့ကြောင်းကို ထာဝရဘုရား သည် သင်တို့တဘက်၌ သက်သေဖြစ်တော်မူ၏။ ဘိသိက်တော်ကို ခံသောသူလည်း သက်သေဖြစ်၏ ဟု ဆိုလျှင်၊ သူတို့က၊ သက်သေဖြစ်ပါသည်ဟု ဝန်ခံကြ၏။

and i will stretch out my hand, and smite egypt with all my wonders which i will do in the midst thereof: and after that he will let you go.
ငါသည်လည်း လက်ကိုဆန်၍၊ အဲဂုတ္တုပြည်ထဲ၌ ငါပြုလတံ့သော ငါ၏အံ့ဘွယ်သောအမှုရှိသမျှတို့နှင့် ထိုပြည်ကို ဒဏ်ခတ်မည်။ ထိုနောက် အဲဂုတ္တုရှင်ဘုရင်သည် သင်တို့ကို လွှတ်လိမ့်မည်။

blessed be the lord my strength, which teacheth my hands to war, and my fingers to fight:
ငါ၏ကျောက်တည်းဟူသော ထာဝရဘုရား သည် မင်္ဂလာရှိတော်မူစေသတည်း။ ငါ့လက်သည် စစ် တိုက်၍၊ လက်ချောင်းတို့လည်းစစ်မှုကို လေ့ကျက်မည် အကြောင်းသွန်သင်တော်မူ၏။

behold, i have graven thee upon the palms of my hands; thy walls are continually before me.
ငါသည် ကိုယ်လက်ဝါး၌ သင့်ကို စာထိုးပြီ။ သင်၏ မြို့ရိုးသည် ငါ့ရှေ့မှာ အစဉ်ရှိ၏။

and i bowed down my head, and worshipped the lord, and blessed the lord god of my master abraham, which had led me in the right way to take my master's brother's daughter unto his son.
ဦးညွှတ်ချ၍၊ ကျွန်ုပ်သခင်အစ်ကို၏ မြေးကို သခင်၏သားဘို့ ယူစေခြင်းငှါ၊ မှန်သောလမ်းဖြင့် ပို့ဆောင်တော်မူသော ကျွန်ုပ်သခင် အာဗြဟံ၏ ဘုရား သခင် ထာဝရဘုရားကို ကောင်းကြီးပေး၍ ကိုးကွယ် လေ၏။

i have made the earth, and created man upon it: i, even my hands, have stretched out the heavens, and all their host have i commanded.
မြေကြီးကို ငါလုပ်လေပြီ။ မြေကြီးပေါ်မှာ လူကို လည်း ဖန်ဆင်းလေပြီ။ မိုဃ်းကောင်းကင်ကို ကိုယ်လက် နှင့် ငါကြက်လေပြီ။ မိုဃ်းကောင်းကင်တန်ဆာအပေါင်း တို့ကို ငါခန့်ထားလေပြီ။

and at the evening sacrifice i arose up from my heaviness; and having rent my garment and my mantle, i fell upon my knees, and spread out my hands unto the lord my god.
ညဦးယံ ယဇ်ပူဇော်ချိန်တွင်၊ စိတ်ပျက်ရာမှထ၍ အတွင်းအဝတ်၊ ပြင်အဝတ်ကို ဆုတ်ပြီးလျှင်၊ ဒူးထောက်၍၊ ငါ၏ ဘုရားသခင် ထာဝရဘုရားထံတော်သို့ လက်ဝါးတို့ကို ဖြန့်လျက်၊

behold my hands and my feet, that it is i myself: handle me, and see; for a spirit hath not flesh and bones, as ye see me have.
ငါ့လက်ကို ကြည့်ကြလော့။ ငါ့ခြေကိုလည်း ကြည့်ကြလော့။ ငါ့ကိုယ်ပင်ဖြစ်၏။ ငါ့ကို ကြည့်ရှုစမ်းသပ် ကြလော့။ ငါသည် သင်တို့မြင်သည်အတိုင်း အရိုး အသားနှင့်ပြည့်စုံ၏။ တစ္ဆေမည်သည်ကား ဤကဲ့သို့ မပြည့်စုံဟု မိန့်တော်မူလျက်၊
