ناهێڵێ - قەدەغە دەکات

and they prohibit others therefrom, and they withdraw therefrom, and they destroy not but their own souls while they perceive not.
ئه‌وانه نایه‌ڵن که‌س گوێ بۆ قورئان بگرێت و خۆیشیانی لێ دوور ده‌خه‌نه‌وه‌، (جا به‌و کاره‌یان) جگه خودی خۆیان که‌س له‌ناو نابه‌ن و هه‌ستیشی پێناکه‌ن.

o prophet! why do you prohibit what god has permitted for you, seeking to please your wives? god is forgiving and merciful.
ئه‌ی پێغه‌مبه‌ر تۆ بۆچی شتێک له خۆت حه‌رام ده‌که‌یت که خوا بۆی حه‌ڵاڵ کردویت، ده‌ته‌وێت به‌و کاره هاوسه‌ره‌کانت ڕازی بکه‌یت؟! له‌کاتێکدا هه‌ر خوا لێخۆشبوو میهره‌بانه‌.

o you who believe! do not prohibit the good things god has permitted for you, and do not commit aggression. god does not love the aggressors.
ئه‌ی ئه‌وانه‌ی که باوه‌ڕتان هێناوه‌، ئه‌و نازو نیعمه‌ته چاکانه‌ی که خوا بۆی حه‌ڵاڵ کردوون له خۆتانی حه‌رام مه‌که‌ن و له سنوور ده‌رمه‌چن و ده‌ستدرێژیی مه‌که‌ن، چونکه به‌ڕاستی خوا ده‌ست درێژکارانی خۆشناوێت.

and they believe in allah and the last day and command that which is reputable and prohibit that which is disreputable, and vie with each other to virtues. and these are of the righteous.
ئه‌وانه ئیمان و باوه‌ڕیان به‌خواو به ڕۆژی دوایی هه‌یه و فه‌رمان ده‌ده‌ن به چاکه و قه‌ده‌غه‌ی خراپه ده‌که‌ن و به په‌له و تاڵوکه‌ن بۆ ئه‌نجامدانی هه‌موو خێرو چاکه‌یه‌ک، بێگومان ئه‌وانه له ڕیزی چاکه‌کار و چاکه‌خوازاندان.

as for those who have not fought against you for your religion, nor expelled you from your homes, god does not prohibit you from dealing with them kindly and equitably. god loves the equitable.
دڵنیاش بن که خوا قه‌ده‌غه‌ی ئه‌وه‌تان لێ ناکات که چاك ڕه‌فتاری و دادپه‌روه‌ری بکه‌ن له‌گه‌ڵ ئه‌و که‌سانه‌دا جه‌نگیان دژ نه‌کردون و دژایه‌تی ئاینیان نه‌کردون و له شوێنه‌وارتان ده‌ریان نه‌کردون، چونکه به‌ڕاستی خوا دادپه‌روه‌رانی خۆش ده‌وێت.

fight those people of the book who do not believe in god and the last day, who do not prohibit what god and his apostle have forbidden, nor accept divine law, until all of them pay protective tax in submission.

o prophet, why do you prohibit [yourself from] what allah has made lawful for you, seeking the approval of your wives? and allah is forgiving and merciful.
ئه‌ی پێغه‌مبه‌ر تۆ بۆچی شتێک له خۆت حه‌رام ده‌که‌یت که خوا بۆی حه‌ڵاڵ کردویت، ده‌ته‌وێت به‌و کاره هاوسه‌ره‌کانت ڕازی بکه‌یت؟! له‌کاتێکدا هه‌ر خوا لێخۆشبوو میهره‌بانه‌.

"those who follow the messenger, the unlettered prophet, whom they find mentioned in their own (scriptures),- in the law and the gospel;- for he commands them what is just and forbids them what is evil; he allows them as lawful what is good (and pure) and prohibits them from what is bad (and impure); he releases them from their heavy burdens and from the yokes that are upon them. so it is those who believe in him, honour him, help him, and follow the light which is sent down with him,- it is they who will prosper."
ئه‌وانه‌ی که شوێنی ئه‌م (محمد(صلى الله عليه وسلم) پێغه‌مبه‌ره هه‌واڵده‌ره نه‌خوێنده‌واره ده‌که‌ون ئه‌وه‌ی که (گاورو جوو، ناوو نیشانیان) ده‌ستیان ده‌که‌وێت نووسراوه لای ئه‌وان له ته‌ورات و ئینجیلدا، فه‌رمانیان پێده‌دات به‌چاکه‌و قه‌ده‌غه‌ی گوناهو خراپه‌یان لێده‌کات و هه‌رچیه‌ک پاکو چاکه بۆیان حه‌ڵاڵ ده‌کات و هه‌رچی پیس و ناپوخته لێیان حه‌رام ده‌کات و ئه‌رکه قورس و سه‌نگینه‌کان له‌سه‌رشانیان لاده‌بات، ئه‌و کۆت و زنجیرانه‌ش که له‌سه‌ریان بوو لای ده‌بات (وه‌ک خۆ کۆشتن له‌کاتی ته‌وبه‌دا... هتد)، جا ئه‌وانه‌ی باوه‌ڕیان پێ هێناوه و پشتیوانیان لێکردوه و پشتگیریان کردووه و شوێنی ئه‌و نووره که‌وتوون (که قورئانه‌) و هاوڕێ له‌گه‌ڵیدا ڕه‌وانه کراوه‌، هه‌ر ئه‌وانه سه‌رفرازو ڕزگارن.
