fight thou therefore in the way of allah thou are not tasked except for thy own soul, and persuade the believers; belike allah will withhold the violence of those who disbelieve. and allah is stronger in violence and stronger in chastising.
(ئه‌ی پێغه‌مبه‌ر (صلی الله علیه وسلم) بجه‌نگه له پێناوی خوادا، چونکه ئه‌و ئه‌رکه هه‌ر له‌سه‌رشانی خۆته‌، (واته‌: هه‌تا ئه‌گه‌ر ته‌نها خۆیشت بیت)، هه‌روه‌ها هانی ئیماندارانیش بده (بۆ به‌شداری له شه‌ڕ‌ه‌کاندا) ئومێده خوای گه‌وره هێز له بێ باوه‌ڕان بسه‌نێته‌وه و به‌ریان بگرێت و زاڵتان بکات به‌سه‌ریاندا، چونکه خوا هێزو ده‌سه‌ڵاتی زۆرتره (به‌ڵکو به‌راورد ناکرێت) و به‌توندی و سه‌ختی تۆڵه‌یان لێده‌سێنێت.

and mothers shall suckle their children two whole years: this is for him who intendeth that he shall complete the suckling; and on him to whom the child is born, is their provision and clothing reputably; not a soul is tasked except according to its capacity. neither shall a mother be hurt because of her child, nor shall he to whom the child is born because of his child; and on the heir shall devolve the like thereof. then if the twain desire weaning by agreement between them and mutual counsel, on the twain is no blame. and if ye desire to give your children out for suckling, on you is no blame when ye hand over that which ye had agreed to give her reputably. and fear allah, and know that of that which ye work allah is the beholder.
دایکان (ته‌ڵاقدراو بن یان نه‌ء) دوو ساڵی ته‌واو با شیر به منداڵه‌کانیان بده‌ن بۆ هه‌ر که‌س که ده‌یه‌وێت شیری ته‌واو بدات و پێویسته له‌سه‌ر ئه‌و که‌سه‌ی خاوه‌نی منداڵه‌که‌یه (واته باوکی یان به‌خێوکه‌ری) ڕزق و ڕۆزی و پۆشاک به شێوه‌یه‌کی جوان و په‌سه‌ندی ئایین ئاماده بکات، ئه‌رک له‌سه‌ر هیچ که‌س دانانرێت جگه له توانای خۆی، نابێت هیچ دایکێک زیانی پێ بگه‌یه‌نرێت به‌هۆی منداڵه‌که‌یه‌وه‌، هه‌روه‌ها باوکیشی نابێت زیانی پێ بگه‌یه‌نرێت به‌هۆیمنداڵه‌که‌یه‌وه و له‌سه‌ر میراتگری منداڵه‌که‌شه وێنه‌ی ئه‌و مافانه‌ی که باسکران، خۆ ئه‌گه‌ر دایک و باوک هه‌ر کاتێک به ڕه‌زامه‌ندی و پرس و ڕای هه‌ردوولایان ویستیان منداڵه‌که‌یان له شیر ببڕنه‌وه‌، ئه‌وه قه‌یناکات و هیچ گوناهیان له‌سه‌ر نی یه له‌و باره‌یه‌وه‌، خۆ ئه‌گه‌ر ویستتان دایه‌ن بۆ شیر پێدانی منداڵه‌کانتان بگرن، ئه‌وه‌ش قه‌یناکات و هیچ گوناهتان له‌سه‌ر نی یه‌، به‌مه‌رجێک ماف و کرێیان به‌جوانی و شایسته پێ بده‌ن، له خوا بترسن و پارێزکاربن و چاک بزانن به‌ڕاستی خوا زۆر بینایه به‌و کارو کرده‌وانه‌ی که ئه‌نجامی ده‌ده‌ن.
