ئه‌وه بۆ هه‌ر ده‌ماو ده‌م قسه له زمانی یه‌کتر وه‌رده‌گرن (بێ لێکدانه‌وه‌)، کاتێك به زارتان شتێك ده‌ڵێن که هیچ ئاگاییتان ده‌رباره‌ی نیه‌، ئێوه واده‌زانن ئه‌و بوختانه شتێکی ساده‌و ئاسانه‌؟ له کاتێکدا ئه‌وه لای خوا زۆر گه‌وره‌و ناقۆڵایه‌.

when ye welcomed it with your tongues, and uttered with your mouths that whereof ye had no knowledge, ye counted it a trifle. in the sight of allah it is very great.
ئه‌وه بۆ هه‌ر ده‌ماو ده‌م قسه له زمانی یه‌کتر وه‌رده‌گرن (بێ لێکدانه‌وه‌)، کاتێك به زارتان شتێك ده‌ڵێن که هیچ ئاگاییتان ده‌رباره‌ی نیه‌، ئێوه واده‌زانن ئه‌و بوختانه شتێکی ساده‌و ئاسانه‌؟ له کاتێکدا ئه‌وه لای خوا زۆر گه‌وره‌و ناقۆڵایه‌.

have you not regarded those who were told, ‘keep your hands off [from warfare], and maintain the prayer and give the zakat’? but when fighting was prescribed for them, behold, a part of them feared the people as if fearing allah, or were even more afraid, and they said, ‘our lord! why did you prescribe fighting for us? why did you not respite us for a short time?!’ say, ‘the enjoyments of this world are trifle and the hereafter is better for the godwary, and you will not be wronged so much as a single date-thread.
ئایا نه‌تڕوانیووه‌ته ئه‌وانه‌ی که پێیان وترا: ده‌ست بپارێزن کاتی جه‌نگ نیه‌! به‌ڵکو هه‌ر نوێژ بکه‌ن و زه‌کات بده‌ن، که‌چی کاتێک جه‌نگیان بۆ بڕیاردرا، ده‌سته‌یه‌کیان له خه‌ڵکی ده‌ترسان به‌قه‌ده‌ر ئه‌وه‌ی که له خوا ده‌ترسن، یاخود زیاتریش و ده‌یانوت: خوایه تۆ بۆچی جه‌نگت له‌سه‌ر فه‌رزکردین، خۆزگه بۆ ماوه‌یه‌ک دوات ده‌خستین، به‌وانه بڵێ: ڕابواردنی ژیانی دنیا زۆر که‌م و کورته‌، ژیانی قیامه‌ت چاکترو خۆشترو نه‌بڕاوه‌یه بۆ ئه‌و که‌سه‌ی له خوا ده‌ترسێت و پارێزکاره‌، له‌وێ به‌قه‌ده‌ر تاڵی ناوکی خورمایه‌ک سته‌متان لێناکرێت.
