regulation (eec) no 1470/77 shall be amended as follows:

whereas it is necessary to waive certain provisions of article 9 (3) of commission regulation (eec) no 193/75 of 17 january 1975 laying down common detailed rules for the application of the system of import and export licences and advance fixing certificates for agricultural products (3), as last amended by regulation (eec) no 1470/77 (4);
tā kā nav jāievēro noteikti komisijas 1975.gada 17. janvāra regulas (eek) nr. 193/75 9. panta 3. punkta noteikumi, kas nosaka vispārējus sīki izstrādātus noteikumus importa un eksporta licenču un iepriekš noteiktas kompensācijas sertifikātu piemērošanai lauksaimniecības produktiem[3], kurā jaunākie grozījumi izdarīti ar regulu (eek) nr. 1470/77[4];
