this chapter deals with the study and description of the data obtained from the survey instrument, i.e. the questionnaire. the statistical kit for social sciences (spss) was used for data processing in this study. data are presented according to research question (rq) in this chapter. both descriptive and inferential statistics are used in the presentation of the results. this chapter concludes with a description of the main issues under consideration.
bab ini memperkatakan kajian dan huraian data yang diperoleh daripada instrumen tinjauan iaitu soal selidik. statistical kit for social sciences (spss) telah digunakan untuk pemprosesan data dalam kajian ini. data dipersembahkan mengikut persoalan kajian (rq) dalam bab ini. kedua-dua statistik deskriptif dan inferensi digunakan dalam pembentangan keputusan. bab ini diakhiri dengan penerangan tentang isu-isu utama yang sedang dipertimbangkan.
