ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ ކޮންމެއެއްޗެއް ހައްދަވާފައިވަނީ، ކަނޑައަޅުއްވާފައިވާ ވަކިމިންވަރަކަށެވެ.

say, ‘o my people! act according to your ability.
އަދި ހަމަކަށަވަރުން އުޑުތަކާއި، ބިންހެއްދެވީ ކާކުހޭ ކަލޭގެފާނު އެއުރެންނާ سؤال ކުރައްވައިފިނަމަ، އެއުރެން ބުނާނެކަން ކަށަވަރެވެ. اللَّه އެވެ. ކަލޭގެފާނު ވިދާޅުވާށެވެ! ތިޔަބައިމީހުން (ތިމަންކަލޭގެފާނަށް) خبر ދީބަލާށެވެ! اللَّه، ތިމަންކަލޭގެފާނަށް ގެއްލުމަކަށް އިރާދަކުރައްވައިފިނަމަ، اللَّه ފިޔަވައި ތިޔަބައިމީހުން އަޅުކަންކުރާ ތަކެއްޗަށް އެ ގެއްލުން ދުރުކޮށްދެވިދާނެހެއްޔެވެ؟ ނުވަތަ އެކަލާނގެ، ތިމަންކަލޭގެފާނަށް رحمة އަކަށް އިރާދަކުރައްވައިފިނަމަ، އެކަލާނގެ رحمة (އަޔަނުދީ) އެތަކެއްޗަށް ހިފެހެއްޓިދާނެ ހެއްޔެވެ؟ ކަލޭގެފާނު ވިދާޅުވާށެވެ! ތިމަންކަލޭގެފާނަށް اللَّه ފުދެއެވެ. وكيل ކުރާމީހުން وكيل ކުރާހުށީ އެކަލާނގެއަށެވެ!

a reward from your lord, a gift according to a reckoning:
ކަލޭގެފާނުގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާނގެ حضرة ން ލިބެނިވި ޖަޒާއެއްގެ ގޮތުގައެވެ. ފުދިގެންވާ ދެއްވުމެއްގެ ގޮތުގައެވެ.

and not be recompensed, except according to what you were doing.'
އަދި ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ކޮށްއުޅުނު عمل އަކަށްމެނުވީ، ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަކަށް ޖަޒާއެއް ނުދެއްވާނެތެވެ.

for a period (of gestation), determined (according to need)?
އެނގިގެންވާ މުއްދަތަކަށެވެ.

of a drop of seed. he created him and formed him according to a measure.
އެކަލާނގެ އެ އިންސާނާ ހެއްދެވީ މަނިތިއްކަކުންނެވެ. ދެން އެކަލާނގެ އެ އިންސާނާ (ގެ ހުރިހާ ކަމެއް) މިންވަރު ކުރެއްވިއެވެ.

and say unto those who believe not: act according to your power. lo!
إيمان ނުވާ މީހުންނަށް ކަލޭގެފާނު ވިދާޅުވާށެވެ! ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ ގޮތުގައި ތިބެގެން ތިޔަބައިމީހުން عمل ކޮށްބަލާށެވެ! ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ތިމަންމެންވެސް (ތިމަންމެންގެ ގޮތުގައި) عمل ކުރާނޫއެވެ.

allah will recompense each soul according to its earnings. swift is the reckoning of allah.
(އެއީ) اللَّه، ކޮންމެ نفس އަކަށްމެ، އެ نفس އެއް ހޯދިކަމެއްގެ ޖަޒާ ދެއްވުމަށްޓަކައެވެ. ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، اللَّه އީ، حساب ބެއްލެވުން އަވަސްވެވޮޑިގެންވާ ރަސްކަލާނގެއެވެ.

and all have degrees according to what they do; and your lord is not heedless of what they do.
އަދި ކޮންމެ ބަޔަކަށްމެ އެބަޔަކު ކުޅަ عمل ތަކާ އެއްގޮތަށް ދަރަޖަތަކެއް ހުށްޓެވެ. އަދި އެއުރެން ކުރާ عمل ތަކާމެދު، ކަލޭގެފާނުގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާނގެ غافل ވެ ވޮޑިގެނެއްނުވެއެވެ.

all have degrees according to what they have done; thy lord is not heedless of the things they do.
އަދި ކޮންމެ ބަޔަކަށްމެ އެބަޔަކު ކުޅަ عمل ތަކާ އެއްގޮތަށް ދަރަޖަތަކެއް ހުށްޓެވެ. އަދި އެއުރެން ކުރާ عمل ތަކާމެދު، ކަލޭގެފާނުގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާނގެ غافل ވެ ވޮޑިގެނެއްނުވެއެވެ.

for all are degrees of rank according to their deeds; your lord is not unaware of anything they do.
އަދި ކޮންމެ ބަޔަކަށްމެ އެބަޔަކު ކުޅަ عمل ތަކާ އެއްގޮތަށް ދަރަޖަތަކެއް ހުށްޓެވެ. އަދި އެއުރެން ކުރާ عمل ތަކާމެދު، ކަލޭގެފާނުގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާނގެ غافل ވެ ވޮޑިގެނެއްނުވެއެވެ.

and of those whom we have created there is a community guiding others with truth and acting justly according thereto.
حق ގޮތުގެމަތިން މަގުދައްކައި، އަދި އެގޮތުގެމަތީން عدل ވެރިވެއުޅޭ ބަޔަކު، ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ ހެއްދެވި މީހުންގެ ތެރެއިންވެއެވެ.

(transparent as) glass, made of silver; they have measured them according to a measure.
ރިހީގެ ބިއްލޫރި ތަކެކެވެ. އެއުރެން عدد ކޮށް، އެ ތަކެތި މިންވަރު ކުރާނެތެވެ. (އެބަހީ: އެ ތަށިތަކުގެ ބޮޑުކުޑަމިނާއި އެ ތަށިތަށްޓަށް އަޅާފައިވާ ތަކެތި، އެއުރެން ބޭނުންގޮތަކަށް ކަނޑައަޅާނެތެވެ.)

"that you followed me not (according to my advice to you)? have you then disobeyed my order?"
އެކަލޭގެފާނު (އެބަހީ: موسى ގެފާނު) ވިދާޅުވިއެވެ. އޭ هارون ގެފާނެވެ! އެއުރެން މަގުފުރެދިގެން ދިޔަތަން ކަލޭގެފާނަށް ފެނިވަޑައިގަތްހިނދު، ތިމަންކަލޭގެފާނަށް تبع ވެ، ތިމަންކަލޭގެފާނުގެ އަރިހަށް ވަޑައިގަތުން ކަލޭގެފާނަށް މަނާކުރީ ކޮންކަމެއްތޯއެވެ؟ ފަހެ، ތިމަންކަލޭގެފާނުގެ أمر އަށް ކަލޭގެފާނު އުރެދިވަޑައިގަތީތޯއެވެ؟

and who makes (things) according to a measure, then guides (them to their goal),
އަދި އެކަލާނގެއީ (އެންމެހާ ތަކެތި) މިންވަރުކުރައްވައި، ދެން (އެތަކެއްޗަށް) މަގުދެއްކެވި ރަސްކަލާނގެއެވެ.

as for those who are bent on not believing, tell them: 'work according to your way and we are working according to our way.
إيمان ނުވާ މީހުންނަށް ކަލޭގެފާނު ވިދާޅުވާށެވެ! ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ ގޮތުގައި ތިބެގެން ތިޔަބައިމީހުން عمل ކޮށްބަލާށެވެ! ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ތިމަންމެންވެސް (ތިމަންމެންގެ ގޮތުގައި) عمل ކުރާނޫއެވެ.

proclaim, “each one works according to his own pattern; and your lord well knows him who is more upon guidance.”
ކަލޭގެފާނު ވިދާޅުވާށެވެ! ކޮންމެ މީހަކުމެ، عمل ކުރަމުންދަނީ އެމީހެއްގެ ގޮތަށެވެ. ފަހެ، އެންމެބޮޑަށް ތެދުމަގު ލިބިފައިވަނީ ކާކުކަން މޮޅަށް ދެނެވޮޑިގެންވަނީ، ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާނގެއެވެ.
