as to those who believe not in the hereafter, we have made their deeds pleasing in their eyes; and so they wander about in distraction.
ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، آخرة ދުވަހަށް إيمان ނުވާ މީހުންނަށް ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ އެއުރެންގެ عمل ތައް ޒީނަތްތެރި ކުރެއްވީމެވެ. ފަހެ، އެއުރެންވަނީ حيران ވެ، ދެފުށުއެޅޭ حال ގައެވެ.

to such as allah rejects from his guidance, there can be no guide: he will leave them in their trespasses, wandering in distraction.
اللَّه މަގުފުރައްދަވާމީހާ (ދަންނާށެވެ!) ފަހެ، އެމީހަކަށް ތެދުމަގުދައްކާނޭ ފަރާތެއް ނުވެތެވެ. އަދި ދެވޭ ނުދެވޭ ތަނެއްނޭނގި ތިބޭ حال ގައި، ފުރެދުމުގެ ތެރެޔަށް އެކަލާނގެ އެއުރެން ދޫކުރައްވަތެވެ.

who took their religion as distraction and amusement and whom the worldly life deluded." so today we will forget them just as they forgot the meeting of this day of theirs and for having rejected our verses.
އެއުރެންނީ، އެއުރެންގެ دين، ފޫހިފިލުވުމެއް ކަމުގައްޔާއި، ކުޅިވަރެއް ކަމުގައި ހަދައި، ދުނިޔޭގެ ދިރިއުޅުން އެއުރެން ހެއްލުންތެރިކޮށްފައިވާ މީހުންނެވެ. ފަހެ، އެއުރެން މިދުވަހާ ބައްދަލުވާނެކަން ހަނދާން ނައްތާލި ފަދައިން، އަދި ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ آية ތަކާ ދެކޮޅު ހަދައި އުޅުނުކަމަށްޓަކައި އަދު ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ އެއުރެންގެ މަތީން ހަނދުމަނެތި ކުރައްވާ ހުށީމެވެ.

know that the worldly life is only play, and distraction, and glitter, and boasting among you, and rivalry in wealth and children. it is like a rainfall that produces plants, and delights the disbelievers.
ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ދަންނާށެވެ! ދުނިޔޭގެ ދިރިއުޅުން ވާކަން ކަށަވަރީ ކުޅިވަރެއް ކަމުގައެވެ. އަދި މަޖަލެއް ކަމުގައެވެ. އަދި ޒީނަތެއް ކަމުގައެވެ. އަދި ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ މެދުގައި އެކަކު އަނެކަކުގެ މައްޗަށް ބޮޑާވެގަތުމެއް ކަމުގައެވެ. އަދި މުދާތަކާއި، ދަރިންތަކާމެދު، އެކަކު އަނެކަކަށްވުރެ ގިނަކަމަށްބުނެ މޮޅުވާހަކަ ދެއްކުމެއް ކަމުގައެވެ. ވާރޭފެނެއްގެ މިސާލުގައެވެ. އެ ފެނުން ފެންލިބިގެން ފެޅި ގަސްތަކެއް، ދަނޑުވެރިން عجائب ކޮށްފައިވެއެވެ. ދެން އެ ގަސްތައް ހިކިދެއެވެ. ދެން އެ ގަހުގެ ފަތްތައް ރީނދޫވެފައި ވަނިކޮށް ތިބާއަށް ފެންނާނެތެވެ. ދެން އެ ހިކި ހުއިތަކަކަށް ވެދެއެވެ. އަދި آخرة ގައިވަނީ، ގަދަފަދަވެގެންވާ عذاب އެވެ. އަދި اللَّه ގެ حضرة ން ލިބޭ ފާފަފުއްސެވުމަކާއި، ރުއްސެވުމެކެވެ. ކެހިވެރިކަމުގެ ވަގުތީ އުފަލެއްދޭ އެއްޗެއް ކަމުގައި މެނުވީ ދުނިޔޭގެ ދިރިއުޅުން ނުވެތެވެ.

(allah) said: "therefore it (this holy land) is forbidden to them for forty years; in distraction they will wander through the land. so be not sorrowful over the people who are the fasiqun (rebellious and disobedient to allah)."
އެކަލާނގެ وحى ކުރެއްވިއެވެ. ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، އެކަން (އެބަހީ: مقدّس ވެގެންވާ ރަށުގެ ބިމަށް ވަނުން) އެއުރެންގެ މައްޗަށް حرام ކުރައްވާފައިވެއެވެ. ސާޅީސް އަހަރުވާންދެނެވެ. ދެވޭނުދެވޭ ތަނެއް ނޭނގި ބިމުގައި ބެހިގެން އެއުރެން އުޅުމަށެވެ. ފަހެ، فاسق ވި قوم ގެމީހުންގެ މައްޗަށް ކަލޭގެފާނު ހިތާމަ ނުކުރައްވާށެވެ!
