(اللَّه ގެ އެއްކައުވަންތަކަން) ނުދަންނަ މީހުންގެ ހިތްތަކުގައި، اللَّه ސިއްކަގައްސަވަނީ އެފަދައިންނެވެ.

be tolerant, and command decency, and avoid the ignorant.
ކަލޭގެފާނު عفو ކުރެއްވުމުގައި ހިއްޕަވާށެވެ! އަދި ހެޔޮކަންތަކަށް އަމުރުކުރައްވާށެވެ! އަދި ޖާހިލުންނާ އެއްކިބާވެ ވަޑައިގަންނަވާށެވެ!

take to forgiveness and enjoin good and turn aside from the ignorant.
ކަލޭގެފާނު عفو ކުރެއްވުމުގައި ހިއްޕަވާށެވެ! އަދި ހެޔޮކަންތަކަށް އަމުރުކުރައްވާށެވެ! އަދި ޖާހިލުންނާ އެއްކިބާވެ ވަޑައިގަންނަވާށެވެ!

be tolerant; enjoin what is right; and avoid the ignorant.
ކަލޭގެފާނު عفو ކުރެއްވުމުގައި ހިއްޕަވާށެވެ! އަދި ހެޔޮކަންތަކަށް އަމުރުކުރައްވާށެވެ! އަދި ޖާހިލުންނާ އެއްކިބާވެ ވަޑައިގަންނަވާށެވެ!

accept the easing, order with fine jurisprudence, and avoid the ignorant.
ކަލޭގެފާނު عفو ކުރެއްވުމުގައި ހިއްޕަވާށެވެ! އަދި ހެޔޮކަންތަކަށް އަމުރުކުރައްވާށެވެ! އަދި ޖާހިލުންނާ އެއްކިބާވެ ވަޑައިގަންނަވާށެވެ!

take the abundance, and bid to what is honourable, and turn away from the ignorant.
ކަލޭގެފާނު عفو ކުރެއްވުމުގައި ހިއްޕަވާށެވެ! އަދި ހެޔޮކަންތަކަށް އަމުރުކުރައްވާށެވެ! އަދި ޖާހިލުންނާ އެއްކިބާވެ ވަޑައިގަންނަވާށެވެ!

hold to forgiveness; command what is right; but turn away from the ignorant.
ކަލޭގެފާނު عفو ކުރެއްވުމުގައި ހިއްޕަވާށެވެ! އަދި ހެޔޮކަންތަކަށް އަމުރުކުރައްވާށެވެ! އަދި ޖާހިލުންނާ އެއްކިބާވެ ވަޑައިގަންނަވާށެވެ!

[o prophet!] show forgiveness, enjoin equity, and avoid the ignorant.
ކަލޭގެފާނު عفو ކުރެއްވުމުގައި ހިއްޕަވާށެވެ! އަދި ހެޔޮކަންތަކަށް އަމުރުކުރައްވާށެވެ! އަދި ޖާހިލުންނާ އެއްކިބާވެ ވަޑައިގަންނަވާށެވެ!

do you lust after men instead of women? you are truly ignorant people.”
ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ތިޔަބައިމީހުން شهوانى އެދުން ފުއްދުމަށްޓަކައި އަންހެނުން ފިޔަވައި ފިރިހެނުންނާ ގާތްވަނީ ހެއްޔެވެ؟ އަދި ކިއެއްތަ! ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަކީ، ތަންދޮރުނޭނގޭ جاهل ބަޔަކީމުއެވެ.

do you approach men lustfully instead of women! no, you are an ignorant nation'
ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ތިޔަބައިމީހުން شهوانى އެދުން ފުއްދުމަށްޓަކައި އަންހެނުން ފިޔަވައި ފިރިހެނުންނާ ގާތްވަނީ ހެއްޔެވެ؟ އަދި ކިއެއްތަ! ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަކީ، ތަންދޮރުނޭނގޭ جاهل ބަޔަކީމުއެވެ.

he said: remember ye that which ye did unto yusuf and his brother while ye were ignorant?
އެކަލޭގެފާނު ވިދާޅުވިއެވެ. ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް ނޭނގިތިބި حال، يوسف ގެފާނަށާއި، އެކަލޭގެފާނުގެ أخ އާއަށް ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ކުރިކަންތައް ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ދެނެތިބީމުހެއްޔެވެ؟

and the bondmen of the compassionate are those who walk upon the earth meekly and when the ignorant address them, they say peace
رحمن ވަންތަ ރަސްކަލާނގެ އަޅުންނީ، މަޑުމައިތިރިކަމާއެކު ބިމުގައި ހިނގާ އުޅޭމީހުންނެވެ. އަދި އެއުރެންނާ ޖާހިލުން مخاطب ކޮށް ވާހަކަދައްކައިފި ހިނދަކު، އެއުރެން سلام އޭޭ ބުނެތެވެ.

and will not say that the book was revealed only to two groups of people before you, or that you were ignorant of its knowledge,
ފޮތް ބާވައިލެއްވިކަން ކަށަވަރީ، ތިމަންމެންގެ ކުރީގައިވާ ދެބަޔެއްގެ މައްޗަށޭ، އަދި ތިމަންމެން، ހަމަކަށަވަރުންވެސް ތިބީ، އެއުރެން ކުޅަ دراسة އާމެދު غافل ވެގެންނޭ، ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ބުނެފާނެތީއެވެ.

(muhammad), say, "ignorant ones, do you command me to worship things other than god
ކަލޭގެފާނު ވިދާޅުވާށެވެ! އޭ جاهل ތަކުންނޭވެ! ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ތިމަންކަލޭގެފާނަށް ތިޔައަމުރުކުރަނީ، اللَّه ނޫންފަރާތަކަށް އަޅުކަންކުރުމަށް ހެއްޔެވެ؟

but i will not drive away those who have faith: they will indeed encounter their lord. but i see that you are an ignorant lot.
އޭ އަހުރެންގެ قوم ގެމީހުންނޭވެ! އެކަމުގެ މައްޗަށް އެއްވެސް މުދަލެއް ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ ކިބަޔަކުން ނޭދެމެވެ. ތިމަންކަލޭގެފާނުގެ އުޖޫރަ، اللَّه ގެ حضرة ން ނޫނީ ނުވެއެވެ. އަދި إيمان ވެއްޖެ މީސްތަކުން ފަހައި ބޭރުކުރާ މީހަކު ކަމުގައި ތިމަންކަލޭގެފާނު ނުވަމެވެ. ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، އެއުރެންނީ، އެއުރެންގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާނގެއާ ބައްދަލުވާނޭ ބަޔެކެވެ. އެހެނެއްކަމަކު، ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނީ، جاهل ބަޔަކު ކަމުގައި ތިމަންކަލޭގެފާނު ދެކެވަޑައިގަންނަވަމެވެ.

allah responded: 'the prayer of the two of you is accepted. so keep steadfast, and do not follow the path of the ignorant.
އެކަލާނގެ وحى ކުރެއްވިއެވެ. ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ތިޔަ ދެބޭކަލުންގެ دعاء އިޖާބަކުރައްވައިފީމެވެ. ފަހެ، ތިޔަ ދެބޭކަލުން ސީދާގޮތުގައި ތިއްބަވާށެވެ! ނުދަންނަ މީހުންގެ މަގަށް ތިޔަ ދެބޭކަލުން تبع ވެވަޑައި ނުގަންނަވާހުށިކަމެވެ!

he said: the knowledge is only with allah, and i deliver to you the message with which i am sent, but i see you are a people who are ignorant.
އެކަލޭގެފާނު ވިދާޅުވިއެވެ. ދެނެވޮޑިގަތުންވާ ކަންކަށަވަރީ اللَّه ގެ حضرة ގައެވެ. އަދި ތިމަންކަލޭގެފާނު އެކަމަކާއިގެން ފޮނުއްވެވި ކަންތައް، ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް ތިމަންކަލޭގެފާނު އިއްވަނީއެވެ. އެހެނެއްކަަމަކު ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނީ، ޖާހިލުބަޔަކު ކަމުގައި ތިމަންކަލޭގެފާނު ދެކެވަޑައިގަންނަވަމެވެ.

(o prophet), say: “ignorant people! do you bid me to serve any other beside allah?”
ކަލޭގެފާނު ވިދާޅުވާށެވެ! އޭ جاهل ތަކުންނޭވެ! ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ތިމަންކަލޭގެފާނަށް ތިޔައަމުރުކުރަނީ، اللَّه ނޫންފަރާތަކަށް އަޅުކަންކުރުމަށް ހެއްޔެވެ؟

adopt [a policy of] excusing [the faults of people], bid what is right, and turn away from the ignorant.
ކަލޭގެފާނު عفو ކުރެއްވުމުގައި ހިއްޕަވާށެވެ! އަދި ހެޔޮކަންތަކަށް އަމުރުކުރައްވާށެވެ! އަދި ޖާހިލުންނާ އެއްކިބާވެ ވަޑައިގަންނަވާށެވެ!

'allah alone has the knowledge' he said, 'i am sent to deliver to you the message. but i can see that you are ignorant people'
އެކަލޭގެފާނު ވިދާޅުވިއެވެ. ދެނެވޮޑިގަތުންވާ ކަންކަށަވަރީ اللَّه ގެ حضرة ގައެވެ. އަދި ތިމަންކަލޭގެފާނު އެކަމަކާއިގެން ފޮނުއްވެވި ކަންތައް، ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް ތިމަންކަލޭގެފާނު އިއްވަނީއެވެ. އެހެނެއްކަަމަކު ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނީ، ޖާހިލުބަޔަކު ކަމުގައި ތިމަންކަލޭގެފާނު ދެކެވަޑައިގަންނަވަމެވެ.
