ތިޔަބައިމީހުން އެ ނަރަކަޔަށް ވަންނާށެވެ! އަދި (އެ عذاب އަށް) ކެތްކުރާށެވެ! ނުވަތަ ކެތްނުކުރާށެވެ! (ކެތްކުރުމާއި ނުކުރުން) ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ މައްޗަށް ހަމަހަމަވެގެންވެއެވެ. ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް ޖަޒާލިބޭކަން ކަށަވަރީ، ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ކޮށްއުޅުނު ކަންތަކަށެވެ.

if their spurning is hard on thy mind, yet if thou wert able to seek a tunnel in the ground or a ladder to the skies and bring them a sign,- (what good?). if it were allah's will, he could gather them together unto true guidance: so be not thou amongst those who are swayed by ignorance (and impatience)!
އެއުރެން އެނބުރި ފުރަގަސްދިނުން ކަލޭގެފާނަށް ބޮޑުކަމަކަށް ވެއްޖެނަމަ، އެއުރެންނަށް معجزة އެއް ގެނެސް ދެއްވުމަށްޓަކައި ބިމުގެ އަޑީގައި ބިންގަރާހެއް ނުވަތަ އުޑަށް އަރާނެ ސިޑިއެއް ހޯއްދެވުމަށް ކަލޭގެފާނަށް ކުޅަދާނަވެގެންވާނަމަ، އެކަންކުރައްވައި ބައްލަވާށެވެ! (އެބަހީ: ކަލޭގެފާނަކަށް އެކަމެއް ނުކުރެއްވޭނެއެވެ. ކަލޭގެފާނަށް އޮތްކަމަކީ اللَّه ގެ حكم ފުޅު އަތުވެއްޖައުމަށް ދާނދެން ކެތްކުރެއްވުމެވެ.) اللَّه އިރާދަކުރެއްވިނަމަ، ތެދުމަގުގެ މައްޗަށް އެއުރެން އެއްކުރައްވައިފީހެވެ. ފަހެ، ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، جاهل ންގެ ތެރެއިން ކަލޭގެފާނު ވެވަޑައިނުގަންނަވާށެވެ!
