as an ordinance from us. we have been sending [apostles]
(އެއީ) ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ حضرة ން އައި أمر އެއް ކަމުގައެވެ. ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، رسول ން ފޮނުއްވާ ކަލަކު ކަމުގައި ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ ވޮޑިގެންވަމެވެ.

there is not one of you but shall approach it. that is a fixed ordinance of thy lord.
އަދި ތިޔަބައިމީހުންކުރެ ނަރަކަ މަތިންލާފައި ނުދާނޭ ހަމައެކަކުވެސް ނުވެއެވެ. އެއީ ކަލޭގެފާނުގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާނގެއަށް ކަނޑައެޅި ލާޒިމުކުރައްވާފައިވާ ކަމެއްކަމުގައިވިއެވެ.

and the sun runs on to a term appointed for it; that is the ordinance of the mighty, the knowing.
އަދި އިރު، އެއަށް ކަނޑައެޅި قرار ވަނިވި ތަނަކަށް ދާނދެން ހިނގަހިގާ ހުރެތެވެ. އެއީ عزيز ވަންތަ، މޮޅަށް ދެނެވޮޑިގެންވާ ރަސްކަލާނގެ މިންވަރުކުރައްވާފައިވާ ގޮތެވެ.

had it not been for an ordinance of allah which had gone before, an awful doom had come upon you on account of what ye took.
اللَّه ކަނޑައަޅުއްވައި ލިޔުއްވާފައިވާ حكم އެއް އިސްވެގޮސްފައިނުވާނަމަ، ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ހިފިތަކެއްޗާމެދު ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް ބޮޑުވެގެންވާ عذاب އެއް އައިސް ޖެހިއްޖައީހެވެ.

allah effaceth what he will, and establisheth (what he will), and with him is the source of ordinance.
اللَّه، އެކަލާނގެ އިރާދަކުރައްވާ ކޮންމެ ކަމެއް ފުހެލައްވަތެވެ. އަދި އެކަލާނގެ އިރާދަކުރައްވާ ކޮންމެކަމެއް ސާބިތުކުރައްވަތެވެ. އަދި އެކަލާނގެ حضرة ގައި، މައިފޮތް (އެބަހީ: اللوح المحفوظ) ވެއެވެ.

and how many a community revolted against the ordinance of its lord and his messengers, and we called it to a stern account and punished it with dire punishment,
އެ ރަށްރަށުގެ أهل ވެރިން އެއުރެންގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާނގެ أمر ފުޅަށާއި، އެކަލާނގެ رسول ންނަށް ނުކިޔަމަންތެރިވީ ކިތައްކިތައް ރަށްހެއްޔެވެ؟ ފަހެ، ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ އެއުރެންނާ މެދުގައި ގަދަވެގެންވާ حساب އަކުން حساب ބައްލަވައި، ބިރުވެރި عذاب އަކުން، އެއުރެންނަށް عذاب ދެއްވީމެވެ.

and there is not a town but we will destroy it before the day of resurrection or chastise it with a severe chastisement; this is written in the divine ordinance.
ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ قيامة ދުވަހުގެ ކުރިން ހަލާކު ނުކުރައްވާ އެއްވެސް (އަނިޔާވެރި) ރަށެއް ނުވެއެވެ. ނުވަތަ ގަދަވެގެންވާ عذاب އަކުން عذاب ނުދެއްވާ ރަށެއްވެސް ނުވެއެވެ. ފޮތުގައި (އެބަހީ: اللوح المحفوظ ގައި) ލިޔުއްވާފައިވާ ކަމެއްކަމުގައި އެކަންތައްވިއެވެ.

he directeth the ordinance from the heaven unto the earth; then it ascendeth unto him in a day, whereof the measure is a thousand years of that ye reckon.
އުޑުން ފެށިގެން ބިމާ ހަމަޔަށް ހުރިހާ ކަމެއް އެކަލާނގެ تدبير ކުރައްވަތެވެ. ދެން ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ގުނާގޮތުން އެއްހާސް އަހަރުގެ މިންވަރުގެ ދުވަހެއްގައި، އެހުރިހާ ކަމެއް އެކަލާނގެ حضرة އަށް އަރައިގެންދެއެވެ.

and if two factions among the believers should fight, then make settlement between the two. but if one of them oppresses the other, then fight against the one that oppresses until it returns to the ordinance of allah.
مؤمن ންގެ ދެބަޔަކު ތަޅައިފޮޅައިގެންފިނަމަ، ފަހެ، އެ ދެބައިމީހުންގެ ދެމެދު ތިޔަބައިމީހުން صلح ކުރާށެވެ! އޭގެތެރެއިން އެއްބަޔަކު އަނެއްބަޔަކަށް بغاوة ކޮށްފިނަމަ، އެ بغاوة ކުރިމީހުން اللَّه ގެ أمر ފުޅަށް رجوع ވެއްޖައުމަށްދާނދެން އެއުރެންނާ ހަނގުރާމަކުރާށެވެ! ފަހެ، އެއުރެން رجوع ވެއްޖެނަމަ، ފަހެ، عدل ވެރިގޮތުން އެދެބައިމީހުންގެ ދެމެދު صلح ކުރާށެވެ! އަދި ތިޔަބައިމީހުން عدل ވެރިވާށެވެ! ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، عدل ވެރިންދެކެ اللَّه ލޯބިވެވޮޑިގެންވެތެވެ.

and those who afterwards believed and left their homes and strove along with you, they are of you; and those who are akin are nearer one to another in the ordinance of allah. lo!
އަދި އޭގެފަހުން إيمان ވެ، هجرة ކޮށް، ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނާއެކުގައި جهاد ކޮށް އުޅުނުމީހުން (ދަންނާށެވެ!) ފަހެ، އެއުރެންވަނީ ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ ތެރެއިންނެވެ. އަދި اللَّه ގެ ފޮތުގައި ކަނޑައަޅުއްވާފައިވާގޮތުގައި، ގާތްތިމާގެ މީހުން އޭގެ އެއްބަޔަކު އަނެއްބަޔަކާ أولى ކަން ބޮޑެވެ. ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، اللَّه އީ، ކޮންމެކަމެއް މޮޅަށް ދެނެވޮޑިގެންވާ ރަސްކަލާނގެއެވެ.

if two groups of the faithful fight one another, make peace between them. but if one party of them aggresses against the other, fight the one which aggresses until it returns to allah’s ordinance.
مؤمن ންގެ ދެބަޔަކު ތަޅައިފޮޅައިގެންފިނަމަ، ފަހެ، އެ ދެބައިމީހުންގެ ދެމެދު ތިޔަބައިމީހުން صلح ކުރާށެވެ! އޭގެތެރެއިން އެއްބަޔަކު އަނެއްބަޔަކަށް بغاوة ކޮށްފިނަމަ، އެ بغاوة ކުރިމީހުން اللَّه ގެ أمر ފުޅަށް رجوع ވެއްޖައުމަށްދާނދެން އެއުރެންނާ ހަނގުރާމަކުރާށެވެ! ފަހެ، އެއުރެން رجوع ވެއްޖެނަމަ، ފަހެ، عدل ވެރިގޮތުން އެދެބައިމީހުންގެ ދެމެދު صلح ކުރާށެވެ! އަދި ތިޔަބައިމީހުން عدل ވެރިވާށެވެ! ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، عدل ވެރިންދެކެ اللَّه ލޯބިވެވޮޑިގެންވެތެވެ.

[we sent them] with clear proofs and written ordinances. and we revealed to you the message that you may make clear to the people what was sent down to them and that they might give thought.
(ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ އެ رسول ން ފޮނުއްވީ) ބަޔާންވެގެންވާ ހެކިތަކާއި، ފޮތްތަކާއިގެންނެވެ. އަދި ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ، ކަލޭގެފާނަށް قرآن ބާވައިލެއްވީ، އެއުރެންނަށް ބާވައިލެއްވި ތަކެތި، މީސްތަކުންނަށް ކަލޭގެފާނު ބަޔާންކޮށް ދެއްވުމަށްޓަކައެވެ. އަދި އެއުރެން ފިކުރުކުރުމަށްޓަކައެވެ.
