އަދި ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، އެއުރެން ބުނެއުޅެނީ، އެއުރެން ނުކުރާ ކަންތަކުގެ ވާހަކައެވެ.

and on us is naught but manifest preaching.
އަދި بيان ވެގެންވާ އިއްވުން މެނުވީ، ތިމަންމެންގެ މައްޗަކަށް ނުވެއެވެ.

then if they turn away, on thee is only the preaching plain.
ފަހެ، އެއުރެން ފުރަގަސްދީފިނަމަ، ފަހެ، ކަލޭގެފާނުގެ މައްޗަށް އޮތްކަން ކަށަވަރީ، ބަޔާންވެގެންވާ އިއްވެވުމެވެ.

verily in this in a preaching for a people who are worshippers.
ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، އަޅުކަންކުރާ ބަޔަކަށް ފުދޭވަރުގެ އެންގުމެއް، މީގައިވާކަން ކަށަވަރެވެ.

mature wisdom;- but (the preaching of) warners profits them not.
(މިއީ) ފުރިހަމަވެގެންވާ حكمة އެކެވެ. ފަހެ، إنذار ތައް (އެއުރެންނަކަށް އެއްވެސްކަމެއް) ފުއްދައެއް ނުދެތެވެ.

bear patiently whatever they say, do not yield to them and keep on preaching decently to them.
އަދި އެއުރެން ބުނާ ބަސްތަކަށް ކަލޭގެފާނު ކެތްކުރައްވާށެވެ! އަދި ރިވެތިވެގެންވާ ވަކިވުމަކުން، ކަލޭގެފާނު އެއުރެންނާ ވަކިވެވަޑައިގަންނަވާށެވެ!

i ask no payment from you for my preaching. the lord of the universe will give me my reward.
އަދި އަހުރެން އެ رسول ކަން އިއްވުމަކަށް ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ ކިބައިން އުޖޫރައަކަށް ނޭދެމެވެ. عالم ތަކުގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާނގެ حضرة ން މެނުވީ، އަހުރެންނަށް ثواب ދެއްވުމެއްނުވެއެވެ.

"go with your brother. take my miracles and do not be reluctant in preaching my message.
ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ آية ތަކާއިގެން ކަލޭގެފާނާއި، ކަލޭގެފާނުގެ أخ ވަޑައިގަންނަވާށެވެ! އަދި ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ ހަނދުމަކުރެއްވުމުގައި، ތިޔަ ދެބޭކަލުން ފަރުވާކުޑަ ނުކުރައްވާށެވެ!

i do not ask for any payment for my preaching. i shall receive my reward from the lord of the universe.
އަދި އަހުރެން އެ رسول ކަން އިއްވުމަކަށް ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ ކިބައިން އުޖޫރައަކަށް ނޭދެމެވެ. عالم ތަކުގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާނގެ حضرة ން މެނުވީ އަހުރެންނަށް ثواب ދެއްވުމެއް ނުވެތެވެ.

obey allah and obey the apostlle; then if ye turn away, on our apostle is only the preaching manifest.
ތިޔަބައިމީހުން اللَّه އަށް ކިޔަމަންވާށެވެ! އަދި ތިޔަބައިމީހުން رسول އާއަށް ކިޔަމަންވާށެވެ! ފަހެ، ތިޔަބައިމީހުން (އެކަމަށް) ފުރަގަސްދީފިނަމަ، ފަހެ، ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ رسول އާގެ މައްޗަށް އޮތްކަން ކަށަވަރީ، بيان ވެގެންވާ އިއްވެވުމެވެ.

naught resteth there on the apostle except the preaching, and allah knoweth that which ye disclose and that which ye hide.
(رسالة) އިއްވެވުން މެނުވީ، رسول އާގެ މައްޗަކަށް ނުވެއެވެ. އަދި ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ފާޅުކުރާ ކަންތަކާއި، ވަންހަނާކުރާ ކަންތައް، اللَّه ދެނެވޮޑިގެންވެތެވެ.

and if ye belie me, then communities before you have belied: and upon the apostle is naught but a preaching manifest.
އަދި ތިޔަބައިމީހުން (ތިމަންކަލޭގެފާނު) ދޮގުކުރިޔަސް (ތިމަން ކަލޭގެފާނަކަށް އެކަމަކުން ގެއްލުމެއް ނުލިބޭނެތެވެ. އެހެނީ) ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ ކުރިންވެސް أمّة ތަކެއް (رسول ން) ދޮގުކޮށްފައިވެއެވެ. އަދި بيان ވެގެންވާ އިއްވެވުން މެނުވީ، رسول އާގެ މައްޗަކަށް ނުވެއެވެ.

(muhammad), do you ask for your preaching any recompense which is too heavy a price for them to pay?
އަދި ކިއެއްތަ! އެއުރެންގެ ކިބައިން އުޖޫރައަކަށް ކަލޭގެފާނު އެދިވަޑައިގަންނަވަނީތޯއެވެ؟ ފަހެ، އެއުރެން އެ އުޖޫރަ ދޭންޖެހުމުގެ ސަބަބުން އެއުރެންނަށް ބުރަކަމެއް ލިބެނީތޯއެވެ؟

(muhammad), say, "i do not ask any reward for my preaching to you for i am not a pretender.
ކަލޭގެފާނު ވިދާޅުވާށެވެ! އެކަމުގެ މައްޗަށް (އެބަހީ: رسول ކަން އިއްވެވުމުގެ މައްޗަށް) ތިމަންކަލޭގެފާނު އެއްވެސް އުޖޫރައެއް ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ ކިބަަޔަކުން ނޭދެމެވެ. އަދި އަމިއްލަޔަށް ހެދިގަނެގެންއުޅޭ މީހުންގެ ތެރެޔަކުންވެސް އަހުރެން ނުވަމެވެ.

tell them, "i ask no recompense for my preaching to you, except the fact that whoever wants should choose the way of god."
ކަލޭގެފާނު ވިދާޅުވާށެވެ! އެކަމުގެ މައްޗަށް (އެބަހީ: رسول ކަން އިއްވެވުމުގެ މައްޗަށް) ތިމަންކަލޭގެފާނު އެއްވެސް އުޖޫރައެއް ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ ކިބަޔަކުން ނޭދެމެވެ. އެހެނެއްކަމަކު، އެމީހެއްގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާނގެ حضرة އަށް މަގެއްހިފުމަށް އެދޭމީހާ، އެފަދަ މަގެއް ހޯދައިފާހުށިކަމެވެ!

if you turn away from my preaching, it will not harm me; i shall receive my reward from god who has commanded me to become a muslim."
ފަހެ، ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ފުރަގަސްދީފިނަމަ (ދަންނާށެވެ!) ފަހެ، ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ ކިބަޔަކުން އުޖޫރައަކަށް ތިމަންކަލޭގެފާނު އެދިވަޑައެއް ނުގަންނަވަމެވެ. ތިމަންކަލޭގެފާނުގެ އުޖޫރަ، اللَّه ގެ حضرة ގައި މެނުވީ ނުވެތެވެ. އަދި ތިމަންކަލޭގެފާނަށް أمر ކުރައްވާފައިވަނީ، ތިމަންކަލޭގެފާނު مسلم ންގެ ތެރެއިން ވުމަށެވެ.

preaching to unbelievers is like talking to someone who cannot hear anything except yells and shouts. they are deaf, dumb, and blind; they have no understanding.
كافر ވި މީހުން (ނަށް دين އަށް ގޮވާލާ މީހާ) ގެ مثال އީ (އެބަހީ: كافر ންނަށް رسول އާ ގޮވާލައްވާ ގޮވާލެއްވުމަށް ނިސްބަތްކޮށް ބަލާއިރު އެއުރެންނާއި رسول އާގެ مثال އީ) ގޮވުމެއް ނުވަތަ ހަޅޭއްލެވުމެއްގެ އަޑުނޫނީ ނީވޭ ޖަނަވާރަށް ގޮވާ މީހާގެ مثال އެވެ. އެ كافر ންނީ ބީރު، މަންމަން، ކަނު ބަޔެކެވެ. ފަހެ، އެއުރެންނަކަށް ނުވިސްނެއެވެ.

and we relate to you all the accounts of noble messengers, in order to steady your heart with it; and in this the truth has come to you, and for the muslims a preaching and advice.
އަދި رسول ންގެ خبر ތަކުގެ ތެރެއިން މިއެންމެހާ خبر ތައް، ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ ކަލޭގެފާނަށް ކިޔައިދެއްވަނީ، އެއިން ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ ކަލޭގެފާނުގެ ހިތްޕުޅު ސާބިތުކޮށްދެއްވުމަށެވެ. އަދި މި خبر ތަކުގައި ކަލޭގެފާނާ ހަމަޔަށް އައިސްފައިވަނީ، حق ތެދުބަސްފުޅެވެ. އަދި مؤمن ތަކުންނަށް وعظ އަކާއި، ހަނދާންކޮށްދިނުމެކެވެ.

or is it that you (o muhammad saw) ask a wage from them (for your preaching of islamic monotheism) so that they are burdened with a load of debt?
އަދި ކިއެއްތަ! އެއުރެންގެ ކިބައިން އުޖޫރައަކަށް ކަލޭގެފާނު އެދިވަޑައިގަންނަވަނީހެއްޔެވެ؟ ފަހެ، އެއުރެން އެ އުޖޫރަ ދޭންޖެހުމުގެ ސަބަބުން އެއުރެންނަށް ބުރަކަމެއް ލިބެނީހެއްޔެވެ؟

(muhammad), tell them the story of noah who told his people, "even if my belief and my preaching of the revelation of god seem strange to you, i put my trust in him. unite yourselves and seek help from your idols.
نوح ގެފާނުގެ ވާހަކަ އެއުރެންނަށް ކަލޭގެފާނު ކިޔައިދެއްވާށެވެ! އެކަލޭގެފާނުގެ قوم ގެމީހުންނަށް ވިދާޅުވި ހިނދުގައެވެ. އޭ ތިމަންކަލޭގެފާނުގެ قوم ގެމީހުންނޭވެ! ތިމަންކަލޭގެފާނު ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ ތެރޭގައި ހުންނެވުމާއި، اللَّه ގެ آية ތަކުން ތިމަންކަލޭގެފާނު ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް ހަނދާންކޮށް ދެއްވުން، ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ މައްޗަށް ބޮޑުކަމަކަށް ވެއްޖެނަމަ، ފަހެ، ތިމަންކަލޭގެފާނު، اللَّه އަށް وكيل ކުރައްވައިފީމެވެ. ދެން ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ ބައިވެރިންނާއެކު، ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ ކަންތަކާމެދު އެއްބަސްވާށެވެ! ދެން ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ ކަންތައް (ނިންމިގޮތް) ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް އޮޅޭގޮތެއްގައި، ވަންހަނާވެފައި އޮވެގެނެއް ނުވާނެއެވެ. ދެން ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ނިންމިގޮތް، ތިމަންކަލޭގެފާނުގެ މައްޗަށް ހިންގާށެވެ! އަދި ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ތިމަންކަލޭގެފާނަށް مهلة ނުދޭށެވެ!
