if thou stretchest forth thine hand against me to slay me, i shall not be stretching forth my hand against thee to slay thee, verily i fear allah, the lord of the worlds.
ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ތިމަން قتل ކުރުމަށްޓަކައި ކަލޭގެ އަތް ތިމަންނަޔާ ދިމާޔަށް ދިއްކުރިއަސް، ކަލޭ قتل ކުރުމަށްޓަކައި، ތިމަންގެ އަތް ކަލެޔާ ދިމާޔަށް ދިއްކުރާނޭ މީހަކު ކަމުގައި ތިމަން ނުވަމެވެ. ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، عالم ތަކުގެވެރި اللَّه ދެކެ ތިމަން ބިރުގަންނަމެވެ.

އަދި އެއުރެން ނިދާފައި ތިބިއިރު، ތިބާޔަށް ހީވާނީ، ހޭލައިތިބި ބަޔެއްހެންނެވެ. އަދި ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ އެއުރެން ކަނާތްފަރާތަށާއި، ވާތްފަރާތަށް ފުުރޮޅުއްވަމެވެ. އަދި އެއުރެންގެ ކުއްތާ އޮތީ، އޭގެ ދެއަތް ދަމާލައިގެން (ހޮހަޅައިގެ) ދޮރުމަތީގައެވެ. އެއުރެންނަށް ތިބާ ބަލާލައިފިނަމަ، ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ތިބާ އެއުރެންނާ ދުރަށްދުވެ ފިލާނެތެވެ. އަދި ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ތިބާ އެއުރެންދެކެ ބިރުން ފިތްކަނޑައިގެން ހިނގައިދާނެތެވެ.

and do not make your hand to be shackled to your neck nor stretch it forth to the utmost (limit) of its stretching forth, lest you should (afterwards) sit down blamed, stripped off.
