"gomburza" is an engaging movie that tells the real story of three filipino priests – fathers mariano gomez, josé burgos, and jacinto zamora – who were unjustly executed back in 1899. the film focuses on the heavy toll of injustice, showing the priests as real people with strong faith and deep connections to their community. the visuals are impressive, mixing in historical footage, dramatic reenactments, and animation, which really adds to the emotional weight of the story. some might think the pacing drags a bit, but it actually builds tension well, capturing the awful situation the priests were in. all in all, "gomburza" is a powerful and moving film that honors those who stood up for justice and motivates viewers to push for a fairer society.
