i've done a lot to myself i always go to bed early to complete what they say 8 hours sleep because i've learned to take care of myself to be a better person because you have to adjust yourself first so no one else can tell you i see myself i do for the next level myself

failure is an important part of success because i have only experienced crib fail. this is what happened, i was an athlete then, i participated and fought in the provincial meet but i just lost outside, you know what happened next, my chest was full and i was sad because i lost. this is what i thought to myself and i did. i told myself never give up. what i did was i trained more, strengthened and improved my skills. and it's time for the provincial meet again
ang pagkabigo ay isang mahalagang bahagi ng tagumpay kasi sa akin lang naranasan kuna mabigo. ito nga ang nangyari, isa akong athlete noon lumahok at lumaban ako sa provincial meet pero ang labas neto natalo lang ako,alam mo sumunod n nangyari embes na dibdibin ko at malungkot dahil natalo ako. ito ang inisip ko sa sa sarili at gnawa ko. sabi ko sarili ko never give up . ang gnawa ko nagtraining ako lalo, nagpalakas at inimprove ko pa skills ko. at dumatibg yubg time na provincial meet ulit ayun ako ang nanalo .1st place at may medalyang ginto .
