evil be to him ,that evil thinketh
தீயது அவனுக்குத் தீமை என்று நினைக்கும்

glory be to him! exalted above all that they say!
அவன் மிகவும் பரிசத்தமானவுன்; இன்னும் அவர்கள் கூறும் கூற்றுக்களை விட்டு அப்பாற்பட்டவனாக இருக்கின்றான்.

so glory be to him who has control over all things. it is to him that you will all be brought back.
ஆகவே, எல்லாப் பொருட்களின் ஆட்சியும் எவன் கையிலிருக்கிறதோ அவனே மிகத் தூய்மையானவன், அவனிடமே நீங்கள் மீள்விக்கப்படுவீர்கள்.

glory be to him and exalted be he in high exaltation above what they say.
அவன் மிகவும் பரிசத்தமானவுன்; இன்னும் அவர்கள் கூறும் கூற்றுக்களை விட்டு அப்பாற்பட்டவனாக இருக்கின்றான்.

அவன் மிகவும் பரிசத்தமானவுன்; இன்னும் அவர்கள் கூறும் கூற்றுக்களை விட்டு அப்பாற்பட்டவனாக இருக்கின்றான்.

glory be to him who created all the sexual pairs, of that which the earth groweth, and of themselves, and of that which they know not!
பூமி முளைப்பிக்கின்ற (புற் பூண்டுகள்) எல்லாவற்றையும், (மனிதர்களாகிய) இவர்களையும், இவர்கள் அறியாதவற்றையும் ஜோடி ஜோடியாகப் படைத்தானே அவன் மிகவும் தூய்மையானவன்.

allah initiates the creation, then will create it again – then it is to him that you will return.
அல்லாஹ்தான் படைப்பைத் துவங்குகிறான்; பின்னர் அவனே அதை மீட்டுகிறான்; பின்னர் அவனிடமே நீங்கள் திரும்பக் கொண்டு வரப்படுவீர்கள்.

and we did not send before you any apostle but we revealed to him that there is no god but me, therefore serve me.
(நபியே!) உமக்கு முன்னர் நாம் அனுப்பிய ஒவ்வொரு தூதரிடமும்; "நிச்சயமாக (வணக்கத்திற்குரிய) நாயன் என்னைத் தவிர வேறு எவருமில்லை எனவே, என்னையே நீங்கள் வணங்குங்கள்" என்று நாம் வஹீ அறிவிக்காமலில்லை.

glory be to him who created pairs of all things, of what the earth grows, and of their kind and of what they do not know.
பூமி முளைப்பிக்கின்ற (புற் பூண்டுகள்) எல்லாவற்றையும், (மனிதர்களாகிய) இவர்களையும், இவர்கள் அறியாதவற்றையும் ஜோடி ஜோடியாகப் படைத்தானே அவன் மிகவும் தூய்மையானவன்.

allah creates in the first instance and will later repeat it. thereafter it is to him that you shall be sent back.
அல்லாஹ்தான் படைப்பைத் துவங்குகிறான்; பின்னர் அவனே அதை மீட்டுகிறான்; பின்னர் அவனிடமே நீங்கள் திரும்பக் கொண்டு வரப்படுவீர்கள்.

and they assign to god daughters; glory be to him! -- and they have their desire;
மேலும், அவர்கள் அல்லாஹ்வுக்குப் பெண் மக்களை ஏற்படுத்துகிறார்கள்; அவன் (இவர்கள் கூறுவதிலிருந்து) மகா பரிசுத்தமானவன். ஆனால் அவர்கள் தங்களுக்காக விரும்புவதோ (ஆண் குழந்தைகள்).

and they ascribe daughters to allah, glory be to him; and for themselves (they would have) what they desire.
மேலும், அவர்கள் அல்லாஹ்வுக்குப் பெண் மக்களை ஏற்படுத்துகிறார்கள்; அவன் (இவர்கள் கூறுவதிலிருந்து) மகா பரிசுத்தமானவன். ஆனால் அவர்கள் தங்களுக்காக விரும்புவதோ (ஆண் குழந்தைகள்).

"to establish regular prayers and to fear allah: for it is to him that we shall be gathered together."
தொழுகையை நீங்கள் நிலைநாட்டுங்கள்; அவனுக்கே அஞ்சி நடங்கள்; அவனிடம் தான் நீங்கள் ஒன்று சேர்க்கப்படுவீர்கள்.

and they say, 'god has taken to him a son. glory be to him! nay, to him belongs all that is in the heavens and the earth; all obey his will --
இன்னும் கூறுகிறார்கள்; "அல்லாஹ் ஒரு குமாரனைப் பெற்றிருக்கிறான்" என்று. அப்படியல்ல - அவன் (இவர்கள் கூறுவதிலிருந்து) மிகத் தூய்மையானவன்; வானங்கள், பூமியில் உள்ளவை யாவும் அவனுக்கே உரியவை. இவையனைத்தும் அவனுக்கே அடிபணிந்து வழிபடுகின்றன.

it is not for god to have a child—glory be to him. to have anything done, he says to it, “be,” and it becomes.
அல்லாஹ்வுக்கு எந்த ஒரு புதல்வனையும் ஏற்படுத்திக் கொள்ள வேண்டியதில்லை அவன் தூயவன்; அவன் ஒரு காரியத்தைத் தீர்மானித்தால், "ஆகுக!" என்று தான் கூறுவான்; (உடனே) அது ஆகிவிடுகிறது.

abraham asked forgiveness for his father only because of a promise he had made to him. but when it became clear to him that he was an enemy of god, he disowned him. abraham was kind and clement.
இப்றாஹீம் (நபி) தம் தந்தைக்காக மன்னிப்புக் கோரியதெல்லாம், அவர் தம் தந்தைக்குச் செய்திருந்த ஒரு வாக்குறுதிக்காகவேயன்றி வேறிலலை மெய்யாகவே, அவர் (தந்தை) அல்லாஹ்வுக்கு விரோதி என்பது தெளிவாகியதும் அதிலிருந்து அவர் விலகிக் கொண்டார் - நிச்சயமாக இப்ராஹீம் பொறுமையுடையவராகவும் இரக்கமுள்ளவராகவும் இருந்தார்.

glory be to him, who has created all the pairs of that which the earth produces, as well as of their own (human) kind (male and female), and of that which they know not.
பூமி முளைப்பிக்கின்ற (புற் பூண்டுகள்) எல்லாவற்றையும், (மனிதர்களாகிய) இவர்களையும், இவர்கள் அறியாதவற்றையும் ஜோடி ஜோடியாகப் படைத்தானே அவன் மிகவும் தூய்மையானவன்.

and they say: allah has taken to himself a son. glory be to him; rather, whatever is in the heavens and the earth is his; all are obedient to him.
இன்னும் கூறுகிறார்கள்; "அல்லாஹ் ஒரு குமாரனைப் பெற்றிருக்கிறான்" என்று. அப்படியல்ல - அவன் (இவர்கள் கூறுவதிலிருந்து) மிகத் தூய்மையானவன்; வானங்கள், பூமியில் உள்ளவை யாவும் அவனுக்கே உரியவை. இவையனைத்தும் அவனுக்கே அடிபணிந்து வழிபடுகின்றன.

allah's commandment has come, therefore do not desire to hasten it; glory be to him, and highly exalted be he above what they associate (with him).
அல்லாஹ்வின் கட்டளை வந்து விட்டது அதைப்பற்றி நீங்கள் அவசரப்படாதீர்கள்; அவன் மிகவும் தூயவன் - அவர்கள் இணைவைப்பவற்றை விட்டும் மிக்க மேலானவன்.

and they make the jinn associates with allah, while he created them, and they falsely attribute to him sons and daughters without knowledge; glory be to him, and highly exalted is he above what they ascribe (to him).
இவ்வாறிருந்தும் அவர்கள் ஜின்களை அல்லாஹ்வுக்கு இணையானவர்களாக ஆக்குகிறார்கள்; அல்லாஹ்வே அந்த ஜின்களையும் படைத்தான்; இருந்தும் அறிவில்லாத காரணத்தால் இணைவைப்போர் அவனுக்குப் புதல்வர்களையும், புதல்விகளையும் கற்பனை செய்து கொண்டார்கள் - அவனோ இவர்கள் இவ்வாறு வர்ணிப்பதிலிருந்து தூயவனாகவும், உயர்ந்தவனுமாக இருக்கிறான்.
