as for the really weak and oppressed men, women, and children who were not able to find any means of obtaining their freedom or of having the right guidance,
(ஆனால்) ஆண்களிலும், பெண்களிலும், சிறுவர்களிலும் பலஹீனமானவர்களைத் தவிர - ஏனெனில் இவர்கள் எவ்வித உபாயமும் தெரியாதவர்கள்; (வெளியேறிச் செல்ல) வழியும் அறியாதவர்கள்.

and allah strikes a parable. two men, one is dumb and powerless, a burden to his master wherever he sends him he returns with no good. is he equal with one who orders justice and follows the straight path?
மேலும், அல்லாஹ் இரு மனிதர்களைப் பற்றிய (மற்றும்) ஓர் உதாரணம் கூறுகிறான்; அவ்விருவரில் ஒருவன் ஊமை(யான அடிமை) எந்தப் பொருளின் மீது (உரிமையும்) சக்தியும் அற்றவன்; தன் எஜமானனுக்குப் பெரும் சுமையாகவும் அவன் இருக்கின்றான்; எங்கு அவனை அனுப்பினாலும் அவன் யாதொரு நன்மையும் கொண்டு வர மாட்டான்; மற்றவனோ, தானும் நேர் வழியிலிருந்து, (பிறரையும் நன்மை செய்யுமாறு) நீதியைக் கொண்டு ஏவுகிறான் - இவனுக்கு (முந்தியவன்) சமமாவானா?
