should the other party fail to take such action within 15 working days of the request by the notifying party, the powers granted to the competent authority of the other party under this procedure shall be suspended until the issue is satisfactorily resolved by the joint committee, in accordance with the provisions of the agreement.

4.2.2 jos huoltoa käsittelevä alakohtainen sekakomitea ei pysty ratkaisemaan erimielisyyksiä tämän menettelyn 4.2.1 kohdan d alakohdan mukaisesti, sen on annettava asia sopimuspuolten sekakomitean käsiteltäväksi ja varmistettava viimeksi mainitun sekakomitean tekemän päätöksen täytäntöönpano.
should the joint sectorial committee on maintenance fail to resolve differences in accordance with subparagraph 4.2.1(d) of this procedure, it shall report the issue to the joint committee and ensure the implementation of the decision reached by that committee.
