▪ retrofitting interventions, necessary to achieve the safety levels (the same foreseen for new buildings) provided by the ntc; ▪ improvement interventions, which will increase the existing structural safety without necessarily reaching the levels required by the ntc; ▪ repairs or local interventions, concerning isolated elements and in any case involving an improvement in the existing safety.
