signora presidente, onorevoli colleghi, il mio è un voto difforme da quello presentato dal mio gruppo in quanto ritengo personalmente che nessun problema di quelli della moneta unica rappresenti, in questa fase storica, un' autentica questione di coscienza e quindi, nella mia qualità di parlamentare europeo che ha sempre avuto come propria bandiera l' europa dei popoli e l' europa delle regioni, non posso che salutare con favore l' avvento della moneta unica, la prima grande e vera spallata alla sovranità degli stati nazionali centralisti e nemici di ogni autonomia.
madam president, ladies and gentlemen, i am not voting in the same way as the rest of my group as i personally believe that, at this historic stage, none of the issues involved in the single currency amounts to a real question of conscience and so, in my capacity as an mep who has always flown the flag of the europe of the nations and the europe of the regions, i am bound to welcome the advent of the single currency, the first great and real push against the sovereignty of the centralist nation states who are opposed to any autonomy.
