mi rintano nella mia solida tenda e a nanna presto, come al solito del resto.
i retreat into my solid tent and fall asleep early, like always.

una breve visita del centro e a nanna presto, ormai ho i ritmi delle montagne, non riesco piu a fare le nottate.
a brief visit of the town centre and then to bed early, by this time i have the rhythm of the mountain life, i can't do late nights any more.

la giornata per fortuna passa in fretta e verso sera gioco a carte con lionad. a nanna presto a combattere con le zanzare e i miei pensieri.
luckily the day passes quickly and towards evening i play cards with leonid. to bed early fighting with the mosquitoes and my thoughts.

nel tardo pomeriggio faccio una visita in zone storiche della città, ma essendo domenica ogni luogo è affollato di turisti quindi ripiego per la fresca guest house aspettando il calar del sole per poter fare un altro giretto nelle vie di china town. a nanna presto e niente disco, sto diventando troppo jhon stravolto in questo periodo ..
in the late afternoon i go to visit the historical area of the city, but being sunday every place is crowded with tourists and so i retire to the coolness of the guesthouse, waiting for the heat of the sun to die down, so as to be able to do another tour around the streets of chinatown. to bed early, no discos, i am becoming too like john travolta in this period....

una volta in centro prendiamo la bici dall'ostello e andiamo in un grazioso appartamento vicino. un bel giro a piedi fino al castello poi dal capo e verso sera andiamo alla festa della palinka, la grappa, la stessa festa dove avevo ascoltanto il gruppo italiano la sera prima. a nanna presto.
once in the city centre we take the bike from the hostel and go to a lovely apartment nearby. we go for a nice walk until we reach the castle then to ‘’capo’’ and towards the evening we go to the palinka party, the grappa, the same festival where i had listened to the italian group the night before. to bed early.

ancora un bel pranzo all'italiana, mi manca pero' un buon bicchiere di vino per accompagnare il tutto, questa si che sarebbe vera felicita'... mi accontento di un succo e del caffe' solubile diventato la mia droga qui a u.b.. ancora un po' di chat in internet e poi a nanna presto che domani si ritorna a pedalare.
again a beautiful italian lunch, i am missing, however, a good glass of wine to accompany it all, that would be true happiness ... i make do with a juice and an instant coffee, it has become my drug here in ulaan baatar. again a bit of chat the internet and then to bed early as tomorrow i return to pedalling.
