unfortunately upon the full clarification they just mentioned that the approval for the customs to be done at the location of the factory i.e it may be the customs at kelana jaya; upfront customs jb mention not to submit the whole set but the approval from governing station of your 14/2. the process is after mida approval, the approval together will all the supporting yokogawa must open the file at 14/2 nearby custom station. the custom will grant you an approval to import in thru the station mention i.e klia, bsi, port klang. with the letter we will prepare the customs forms accordingly and once complete, reporting to be submitted to 14/2 accordingly. hope the above clarifies and we apologies as the customs officers clearly mention about the approval location only today as it is a setback for customer to process the tedious 14/2 requirement. we will courier out the whole set to you and please check at nearest 14/2 division to govern yokogawa materials.
