« ሰላምም በእኔ ላይ ነው ፡ ፡ በተወለድሁ ቀን ፣ በምሞትበትም ቀን ፣ ሕያው ኾኜ በምቀሰቀስበትም ቀን ፡ ፡ »

መጽሐፉንም በግራው የተሰጠማ « ዋ ጥፋቴ ! ምነው መጽሐፌን ባልተሰጠሁ » ይላል ፡ ፡

' my lord ' he will say : ' why have you raised me blind when i was able to see '
« ጌታዬ ሆይ ! ለምን ዕውር አድርገህ አስነሳኸኝ በእርግጥ የማይ የነበርኩ ስኾን » ይላል ፡ ፡

he ( moses ) replied : ' indeed , i did that when i was among those who stray .
( ሙሳም ) አለ « ያን ጊዜ እኔም ከተሳሳቱት ኾኜ ሠራኋት ፡ ፡

' and that the foolish among us [ i.e. iblis ( satan ) or the polytheists amongst the jinns ] used to utter against allah that which was wrong and not right .
‹ እነሆም ቂላችን በአላህ ላይ ወሰን ያለፈን ( ውሸት ) ይናገር ነበር ፡ ፡ ›

and treat them with humility and tenderness and say , " lord , be merciful to them both , as they raised me up when i was little . "
ለሁለቱም ከእዝነትህ የመዋረድን ክንፍ ዝቅ አድርግላቸው ፡ ፡ « ጌታዬ ሆይ ! በሕፃንነቴ ( በርኅራኄ ) እንዳሳደጉኝ እዘንልላቸውም » በል ፡ ፡
