እሺ አሁን እኔ ቤት ነኝ

saying : " we were also once full of fear at home .
« እኛ ፊት በቤተሰቦቻችን ውስጥ ( ከቅጣት ) ፈሪዎች ነበርን » ይላሉ ፡ ፡

and saying, lord, my servant lieth at home sick of the palsy, grievously tormented.
ብላቴናዬ ሽባ ሆኖ እጅግ እየተሣቀየ በቤት ተኝቶአል ብሎ ለመነው።

therefore we are always confident, knowing that, whilst we are at home in the body, we are absent from the lord:
እንግዲህ ሁልጊዜ ታምነን፥ በእምነት እንጂ በማየት አንመላለስምና በሥጋ ስናድር ከጌታ ተለይተን በስደት እንዳለን የምናውቅ ከሆንን፥

if you find no one at home , do not go in until permission has been granted you . if you are told to go away , then go away .
በውስጧም አንድንም ሰው ባታገኙ ለእናንተ እስከሚፈቀድላችሁ ድረስ አትግቧት ፡ ፡ ለእናንተ ተመለሱ ብትባሉም ተመለሱ ፡ ፡ እርሱ ለእናንተ የተሻለ ነው ፡ ፡ አላህም የምትሠሩትን ሁሉ ዐዋቂ ነው ፡ ፡

those who lied to god and his messenger stayed behind at home . those who denied the truth among them will be afflicted with a painful chastisement ,
ከአዕራቦችም ይቅርታ ፈላጊዎቹ ለእነሱ እንዲፈቀድላቸው መጡ ፡ ፡ እነዚያ አላህንና መልክተኛውን የዋሹትም ተቀመጡ ፡ ፡ ከነሱ እነዚያን የካዱትን አሳማሚ ቅጣት በእርግጥ ይነካቸዋል ፡ ፡

and if they will learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at home: for it is a shame for women to speak in the church.
ለሴት በማኅበር መካከል መናገር ነውር ነውና፥ ምንም ሊማሩ ቢወዱ በቤታቸው ባሎቻቸውን ይጠይቁ።

some arabs of the desert came with ready excuses , asking for leave to stay behind . but those who had lied to god and his prophet stayed at home doing nothing .
ከአዕራቦችም ይቅርታ ፈላጊዎቹ ለእነሱ እንዲፈቀድላቸው መጡ ፡ ፡ እነዚያ አላህንና መልክተኛውን የዋሹትም ተቀመጡ ፡ ፡ ከነሱ እነዚያን የካዱትን አሳማሚ ቅጣት በእርግጥ ይነካቸዋል ፡ ፡

and those among the wandering arabs who had an excuse came in order that permission might be granted them . and those who lied to allah and his messenger sat at home .
ከአዕራቦችም ይቅርታ ፈላጊዎቹ ለእነሱ እንዲፈቀድላቸው መጡ ፡ ፡ እነዚያ አላህንና መልክተኛውን የዋሹትም ተቀመጡ ፡ ፡ ከነሱ እነዚያን የካዱትን አሳማሚ ቅጣት በእርግጥ ይነካቸዋል ፡ ፡

blame will lie on those who are rich yet ask your leave to stay behind . they prefer to stay with women who stay at home , and god seals their hearts ; so they do not understand .
( የወቀሳ ) መንገዱ በእነዚያ እነሱ ባለጸጋዎች ኾነው ሳሉ ለመቅረት ፈቃድ በሚጠይቁህ ሰዎች ላይ ብቻ ነው ፡ ፡ ከቀሪዎቹ ጋር መኾናቸውን ወደዱ ፡ ፡ አላህም በልቦቻቸው ላይ አተመባቸው ፤ ስለዚህ እነሱ አያውቁም ፡ ፡

and there came the apologists from among dwellers of the desert men praying that leave may be given them and those who had lied unto allah and his apostle sat at home . an afflictive torment shall afflict those of them who disbelieve .
ከአዕራቦችም ይቅርታ ፈላጊዎቹ ለእነሱ እንዲፈቀድላቸው መጡ ፡ ፡ እነዚያ አላህንና መልክተኛውን የዋሹትም ተቀመጡ ፡ ፡ ከነሱ እነዚያን የካዱትን አሳማሚ ቅጣት በእርግጥ ይነካቸዋል ፡ ፡

stay at home , and do not deck yourselves with ostentation as in the days of paganism ; fulfil your devotional obligations , pay the zakat , and obey god and his apostle . god desires to remove impurities from you , o inmates of this house , and to cleanse and bring out the best in you .
በቤቶቻችሁም ውስጥ እርጉ ፡ ፡ እንደ ፊተኛይቱ መሃይምነት ጊዜ መገለጥም በማጌጥ አትገለጡ ፡ ፡ ሶላትንም በደንቡ ስገዱ ፡ ፡ ዘካንም ስጡ ፡ ፡ አላህንና መልክተኛውንም ታዘዙ ፡ ፡ የነቢዩ ቤተሰቦች ሆይ ! አላህ የሚሻው ከእናንተ ላይ እርክሰትን ሊያስወግድና ማጥራትንም ሊያጠራችሁ ብቻ ነው ፡ ፡

and among them is he who says , " permit me [ to remain at home ] and do not put me to trial . " unquestionably , into trial they have fallen .
ከነሱም ውስጥ « ለእኔ ፍቀድልኝ አትሞክረኝም » የሚል ሰው አልለ ፡ ፡ ንቁ ! በመከራ ውስጥ ወደቁ ፡ ፡ ገሀነምም ከሓዲዎችን በእርግጥ ከባቢ ናት ፡ ፡

( they are ) the ones who said about their killed brethren while they themselves sat ( at home ) : " if only they had listened to us , they would not have been killed . " say : " avert death from your ownselves , if you speak the truth . "
እነዚያ ( ከትግል ) የቀሩ ሲኾኑ ለወንድሞቻቸው ፡ - « በታዘዙን ኖሮ ባልተገደሉ ነበር » ያሉ ናቸው ፡ ፡ « እውነተኞች እንደኾናችሁ ከነፍሶቻችሁ ላይ ሞትን ገፍትሩ » በላቸው ፡ ፡
