133. this category includes acts committed by afdl officials, in the exercise of their duties, in suppressing dissent or ordinary crime, such as: (a) the murder of masango nzani for seeking to attend a tribute to the much-loved general mahele in the church in which his body was laid out, a crime committed after he had been overpowered, humiliated and forced to kneel and beg forgiveness; (b) the murder of seven soldiers of the former zairian armed forces, who were burned alive for alleged looting on 17 may; (c) the murder of limbete lingoli in yabotumelase for practising witchcraft; (d) the killing of komisa kiakumbutu and muzulu theo when a peaceful march organized by the parti lumumbiste unifié (palu) was suppressed on 25 july; (e) the killing of alexandre makolo when a student protest on 27 august in kinshasa was suppressed; (f) the killing of martine npuno nkuba on 11 august for being in a place reserved for afdl members in lubumbashi; (g) the killing of nine persons imprisoned for witchcraft in kala, katanga in august; (h) the execution in early august of 20 persons accused of corruption or simply of engaging in political activity; and (i) the killing of nicole bute on 20 may on suspicion of stealing a mirror.
٣٣١ - تشمل هذه الفئة اﻷفعال المرتكبة على أيدي موظفي التحالف في ممارسة مهامهم أو في قمع العصيان أو في مجرد قمع الجريمة العادية كما حدث في )أ( اغتيال مسنغو نزاني ﻷنه كان يريد المشاركة في تكريم ذكرى الجنرال الراحل ماهيلي في الكنيسة التي سجي فيها جثمانه، وقد ارتكب الجريمة بعد أن أذل وأهين وأرغم على الركوع طلبا للعفو؛ )ب( اغتيال سبعة جنود من القوات المسلحة الزائيرية السابقة حرقا وهم أحياء لﻻشتباه بأنهم قاموا بأعمال نهب في ٧١ أيار/ مايو؛ و )ج( اغتيال لِمبيتي لِنغولي في يابوتوميﻻسي، لممارسة السحر؛ و )د( كوميسا كياكومبوتو؛ وموزولو ثيو، اللذين قتﻻ أثناء قمع مسيرة سلمية دعا إليها في ٥٢ تموز/يوليه حزب لومومبا الموحد؛ و )ﻫ( الكسندر مَكولو، الذي قُتل أثناء قمع مظاهرة طﻻبية جرت في كينشاسا في ٧٢ آب/أغسطس؛ و )و( مارتين نبونو نكوبا، التي قُتلت في أحداث آب/أغسطس لوجودها في مكان خُصص للتحالف في لوبومباشي؛ و )ز( مقتل تسعة سجناء لممارسة السحر في كاﻻ، كاتنغا في آب/أغسطس؛ و )ح( اتهام ٠٢ شخصا بالفساد ﻻ لشيء إﻻ لنشاط سياسي قاموا به وقد أعدموا في بداية آب/أغسطس؛ و )ط( اغتيال نيكول بوتي في ٠٢ أيار/ مايو لﻻشتباه في أنها سرقت مرآة.
