technique: routine mri sequences of the lumbosacral spine were performed. findings: the study was compared with previous exam dated 13/09/2021. mild interval increase of disc protrusion seen at the level of l4 l5 centrally with variable lateralisation compressing the thecal sac and exiting nerve roots foramen more on the left side associated with reduction of the corresponding disc space and signal intensity. the rest of the exam appear unchanged. for clinical and imaging correlation
التقنية: تم إجراء تسلسل رنين مغناطيسي روتيني للعمود الفقري القطني العجزي. النتائج: تمت مقارنة الدراسة مع الفحص السابق بتاريخ 13/09/2021. زيادة طفيفة في بروز القرص تشاهد على مستوى l 4 l 5 مركزيًا مع تحيز جانبي متغير يضغط الكيس القرابي ويخرج ثقب جذور الأعصاب بشكل أكبر على الجانب الأيسر المرتبط بتقليل مساحة القرص المقابلة وشدة الإشارة. بقية الامتحان يبدو دون تغيير. للارتباط السريري والتصويري
