and they did so, and made them all sit down.

and he spake this parable unto them, saying,

mine answer to them that do examine me is this,

then said jesus unto them plainly, lazarus is dead.

but he passing through the midst of them went his way,
ⲚⲐⲞϤ ⲆⲈ ⲈⲦⲀϤⲤⲒⲚⲒ ⲈⲂⲞⲖ ϦⲈⲚⲦⲞⲨⲘⲎϮ ⲚⲀϤⲘⲞϢⲒ ⲠⲈ.

and he left the linen cloth, and fled from them naked.
ⲚⲐⲞϤ ⲆⲈ ⲀϤⲤⲰϪⲠ ⲚϮⲤⲨⲚⲆⲞⲚⲒⲞⲚ ⲀϤⲪⲰⲦ ⲈϤⲂⲎϢ.

these things have i written unto you concerning them that seduce you.
ⲚⲀⲒ ⲀⲒⲤϦⲎⲦⲞⲨ ⲚⲰⲦⲈⲚ ⲈⲐⲂⲈ ⲚⲎ ⲈⲦⲤⲰⲢⲈⲘ ⲘⲘⲰⲦⲈⲚ

bless them which persecute you: bless, and curse not.
ⲤⲘⲞⲨ ⲈⲚⲎ ⲈⲦϬⲞϪⲒ ⲚⲤⲀⲐⲎⲚⲞⲨ ⲤⲘⲞⲨ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲘⲠⲈⲢⲤⲀϨⲞⲨⲒ.

he saith unto them, how then doth david in spirit call him lord, saying,
ⲠⲈϪⲀϤ ⲚⲰⲞⲨ ⲚϪⲈⲒⲎⲤⲞⲨⲤ ϪⲈ ⲠⲰⲤ ⲞⲨⲚ ⲆⲀⲨⲒⲆ ϦⲈⲚⲠⲒⲠⲚⲈⲨⲘⲀϤⲘⲞⲨϮ ⲈⲢⲞϤ ϪⲈ ⲠⲀϬⲞⲒⲤ ⲈϤϪⲰ ⲘⲘⲞⲤ.

and he answered them, saying, who is my mother, or my brethren?
ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲈⲦⲀϤⲈⲢⲞⲨⲰ ⲚⲰⲞⲨ ⲠⲈϪⲀϤ ϪⲈ ⲒⲤ ⲦⲀⲘⲀⲨ ⲚⲈⲘ ⲚⲀⲤⲚⲎⲞⲨ

and some fell among thorns; and the thorns sprung up, and choked them:
ϨⲀⲚⲔⲈⲬⲰⲞⲨⲚⲒ ⲆⲈ ⲀⲨϨⲈⲒ ⲈϪⲈⲚ ⲚⲒⲤⲞⲨⲢⲒ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲀⲨⲢⲰⲦ ⲚϪⲈⲚⲒⲤⲞⲨⲢⲒ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲀⲨⲞϪϨⲞⲨ.

then said he unto them, nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom:
ⲦⲞⲦⲈ ⲚⲀϤϪⲰ ⲘⲘⲞⲤ ⲚⲰⲞⲨ ⲠⲈ ϪⲈ ⲈϤⲈⲦⲰⲚϤ ⲚϪⲈⲞⲨⲈⲐⲚⲞⲤ ⲈϪⲈⲚ ⲞⲨⲈⲐⲚⲞⲤ ⲞⲨⲞϨ ⲞⲨⲘⲈⲦⲞⲨⲢⲞ ⲈϪⲈⲚ ⲞⲨⲘⲈⲦⲞⲨⲢⲞ.

jesus said unto them, verily,verily, i say unto you, before abraham was, i am.

why askest thou me? ask them which heard me, what i have said unto them: behold, they know what i said.
ⲈⲐⲂⲈⲞⲨ ⲔϢⲒⲚⲒ ⲘⲘⲞⲒ ϢⲈⲚ ⲚⲎ ⲈⲦⲀⲨⲤⲰⲦⲈⲘ ϪⲈ ⲞⲨ ⲠⲈⲦⲀⲒϪⲞϤ ⲚⲰⲞⲨ ϨⲎⲠⲠⲈ ⲒⲤ ⲚⲀⲒ ⲤⲈⲈⲘⲒ ⲈⲚⲎ ⲈⲦⲀⲒϪⲞⲦⲞⲨ ⲀⲚⲞⲔ

moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.
