by application lodged at the court of justice on 2 may 1995 three spanish companies, campo ebro industrial sa, levantina agrícola industrial sa (laisa) and cerestar ibérica sa, brought an appeal against the judgmentin case t-472/93 campo ebro and others v council [1995] ecr ii-421 ('the contested judgment‘), in which the court of first instance dismissed their application as inadmissible in so far as it sought the annulment of council regulation (eec) no 3814/92 of 28 december 1992 amending regulation (eec) no 1785/81 and introducing application in spain of the sugar sector prices provided for by that regulation, and as unfounded in so far as it sought an award of damages for the loss incurred as a result of the adoption of that regulation.
par requête déposée à la cour le 2 mai 1995, campo ebro industrial sa, levantina agrícola industrial sa et cerestar ibérica sa, trois sociétés de droit espagnol, ont formé un pourvoi contre l'arrêt du 21 février 1995, campo ebro e.a./conseil (t-472/93, ci-après l'«arrêt attaqué»), par lequel le tribunal a rejeté leur recours comme irrecevable en ce qu'il tendait à l'annulation du règlement (cee) n° 3814/92 du conseil, du 28 décembre 1992, modifiant le règlement (cee) n° 1785/81 et portant application en espagne des prix dans le secteur du sucre prévus par ce règlement et comme non fondé en ce qu'il visait à obtenir l'allocation de dommages-intérêts en raison du préjudice subi du fait de l'adoption de ce règlement.
