އަދި ކަރުހިއްކައިގެންފައިވާ ޖަނަވާރުތަކެއް ފެނާދިމާޔަށް ދާފަދައިން، ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ، ކުށްވެރިން ނަރަކަޔާ ދިމާޔަށް ލަވައި ގެންދަވާހުށީމެވެ.

if they turn away, allah knows the evildoers.
ފަހެ، އެއުރެން، (إنكار ކޮށް) އެނބުރި ފުރަގަސްދީފިނަމަ، (ދަންނާށެވެ!) ފަހެ، ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، اللَّه އީ، فساد ކުރާ މީހުން މޮޅަށް ދެނެވޮޑިގެންވާ ރަސްކަލާނގެއެވެ.

and drive the evildoers as herds, into gehenna
އަދި ކަރުހިއްކައިގެންފައިވާ ޖަނަވާރުތަކެއް ފެނާދިމާޔަށް ދާފަދައިން، ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ، ކުށްވެރިން ނަރަކަޔާ ދިމާޔަށް ލަވައި ގެންދަވާހުށީމެވެ.

it was nothing but the evildoers who led us astray.
އަދި ތިމަންމެން މަގުފުރެއްދީ، ކުށްވެރިން ފިޔަވައި އެހެން ބައެއްނޫނެވެ.

marked with thy lord, and never far from the evildoers.
ކަލޭގެފާނުގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާނގެ حضرة ގައި ފާހަގަކުރައްވާފައިވާ ގޮތުގައެވެ. އަދި އަނިޔާވެރިންނާ ދުރުގައިވާ ކަމެއް ކަމުގައި އެކަންތައް ނުވެތެވެ.

but the evildoers dwell forever in the chastisement of gehenna
ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ކުށްވެރިން ނަރަކައިގެ عذاب ގައި ދެމިތިބޭނެތެވެ.

o my lord, put me not among the people of the evildoers.'
ކަލޭގެފާނު ވިދާޅުވާށެވެ! އަޅުގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާކޮ! އެއުރެންނަށް وعد ކުރައްވާ ކަންތައް، ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، އިބަރަސްކަލާނގެ ތިމަންއަޅާޔަށް ދެއްކެވިޔަސް، އަޅުގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާކޮ! ފަހެ، އަނިޔާވެރިވީ މީހުންގެ ތެރޭގައި ތިމަންއަޅާ ނުލައްވާނދޭވެ!

but it is they who are the evildoers, though they do not sense it.
ދަންނާށެވެ! ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، އެއުރެންނީ، ހަމަ ފަސާދަ އުފައްދާ މީހުންނެވެ. އެހެނެއްކަމަކު، އެއުރެންނަށް އެކަން ނޭނގެނީއެވެ.

gather together the evildoers, their wives, and that they were worshipping,
މިއީ ތިޔަބައިމީހުން އެދުވަހަކާމެދު ދޮގުކޮށް އުޅުނު ނިޔާކުރެއްވުމުގެ ދުވަހެވެ.

and they have led many astray. increase thou not the evildoers save in error!'
އަދި ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، އެއުރެން ގިނަބަޔަކު މަގުފުރެއްދޫއެވެ. އަނިޔާވެރިންނަށް މަގުފުރެދުން ނޫން އެހެންކަމެއް އިތުރު ނުކުރައްވާނދޭވެ!

and when thy lord called to moses, 'go to the people of the evildoers,
ކަލޭގެފާނުގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާނގެ موسى ގެފާނަށް ނިދާ އިއްވެވިހިނދު ހަނދުމަކުރައްވާށެވެ! އަނިޔާވެރި قوم ގެމީހުންގެ ގާތަށް ކަލޭގެފާނު (رسول ކަމާއިގެން) ވަޑައިގަންނަވާށެވެ!

and none will bind [as severely] as his binding [of the evildoers].
އަދި އެކަލާނގެ، އޭނާ ހައްޔަރުކުރައްވާ ފަދައިން، އެހެން އެކަކަށްވެސް ހައްޔަރެއް ނުކުރެވޭނެތެވެ.

and the evildoers were seized by the cry, and morning found them in their habitations fallen prostrate
އަދި (ބިރުވެރި) އަޑުއައިސް އަނިޔާވެރިވި މީހުން ހަލާކުކުރިއެވެ. ދެން ހެނދުންވީއިރު، އެއުރެންގެ ގޯތިގެދޮރުގައި، އެއުރެން ތިބީ، ކަކޫ މައްޗަށް ތިރިވެ، މަރުވެފައެވެ.

and there surely awaits the evildoers a chastisement beyond even that, but most of them know it not.
ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، އަނިޔާވެރިވީ މީހުންނަށް (ދުނިޔޭގެ) عذاب ގެ އިތުރަށް عذاب ހުށްޓެވެ. އެހެނެއްކަމަކު އެއުރެންކުރެ ގިނަމީހުން (އެކަމެއް) ނުދަނެތެވެ.

and moses came to you with the clear signs, then you took to yourselves the calf after him and you were evildoers.
އަދި ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ބަޔާންވެގެންވާ معجزات ތަކާއިގެން موسى ގެފާނު ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެގާތަށް ވަޑައިގަތެވެ. ދެން އެކަލޭގެފާނު ދުރަށްވަޑައިގަތުމަށްފަހު، ތިޔަބައިމީހުން، ގެރިއަކީ إله އަކު ކަމުގައި ބަލައިގެން އުޅުނީމުއެވެ. (އެއީ) އަނިޔާވެރި ބަޔަކުކަމުގައި ތިޔަބައިމީހުންވާ حال ގައެވެ.

and the cry seized them justly, and we made them as scum; so away with the people of the evildoers!
ފަހެ، حق ގޮތުގައި އައި ގަދަފަދަ އަޑު އެއުރެން ހަލާކުކުރިއެވެ. ދެން އޮޔާދާ ކުނިތަކެއްފަދައިން ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ އެއުރެން ލެއްވީމެވެ. ފަހެ، އަނިޔާވެރިވީ މީހުންނަށް ހަލާކާއި ގެއްލުންހުށްޓެވެ.

allah will strengthen the believers with a steadfast word, both in this life and in the everlasting life. allah leads the evildoers astray.
ދުނިޔޭގެ حياة ގައްޔާއި، آخرة ގައި ސާބިތުވެގެންވާ (حق) ބަހުން إيمان ވި މީހުންނަށް، اللَّه ސާބިތުކަން ދެއްވަތެވެ. އަދި اللَّه، އަނިޔާވެރިން މަގުފުރައްދަވަތެވެ. އަދި اللَّه، އެކަލާނގެ އިރާދަކުރައްވާ ކަމެއް ކުރައްވަތެވެ.

and fear a trial which shall surely not smite in particular the evildoers among you; and know that god is terrible in retribution.
އަދި ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ފިތުނައަކަށް ބިރުވެތިވެ ރައްކާތެރިވާށެވެ! އެ ފިތުނައައިސް ޖެހިދާހުށީ، ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ ތެރެއިން އަނިޔާވެރިވި މީހުންނަށް އެކަންޏެއްނޫނެވެ. އަދި ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، اللَّه އީ، عقوبات ގަދަފަދަވެގެންވާ ކަލާނގެކަން ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ދަންނާށެވެ!

surely they will not avail thee aught against god. surely the evildoers are friends one of the other; god is the friend of the godfearing.
ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، އެއުރެންނަކަށް اللَّه ގެ حضرة ން ކަލޭގެފާނަކަށް އެއްވެސް ކަމެއް ފުއްދައެއް ނުދެވޭނެތެވެ. އަދި ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، އަނިޔާވެރިންނީ އެއުރެންގެ އެއްބަޔަކު އަނެއްބަޔެއްގެ އެހީތެރިންނެވެ. އަދި اللَّه އީ، تقوى ވެރިންގެ އެހީތެރިވަންތަ ރަސްކަލާނގެއެވެ.
