every sunset brings the promise of a new dawn
हर सूर्यास्त एक नई सुबह का वादा लेकर आता है

say (o muhammad): yours is the promise of a day which ye cannot postpone nor hasten by an hour.
آپ کہیے! تمہارے لئے وعدہ کا ایک دن مقرر ہے جس سے نہ تم ایک گھڑی پیچھے ہٹ سکتے ہو اور نہ آگے بڑھ سکتے ہو۔

proclaim “for you is the promise of a day which you cannot postpone by one moment nor can you advance it.”
آپ کہیے! تمہارے لئے وعدہ کا ایک دن مقرر ہے جس سے نہ تم ایک گھڑی پیچھے ہٹ سکتے ہو اور نہ آگے بڑھ سکتے ہو۔

therefore have patience; the promise of allah is true, and ask forgiveness of your sins, and exalt with the praise of your lord in the evening and at dawn.
آپ صبر (و ثبات) سے کام لیجئے! اللہ کا وعدہ برحق ہے اور (تہمت) گناہ پر استغفار کرتے رہیے اور صبح و شام اپنے پروردگار کی حمد کے ساتھ اس کی تسبیح کیجئے۔

after this we told the children of israel: "dwell in the land. when the promise of reckoning comes, we shall bring you together from a motley crowd.
اس کے بعد ہم نے بنی اسرائیل سے فرما دیا کہ اس سرزمین پر تم رہو سہو۔ ہاں جب آخرت کا وعده آئے گا ہم تم سب کو سمیٹ اور لپیٹ کر لے آئیں گے

and thereafter we said to the children of israel: 'dwell in the land. when the promise of the everlasting life comes we shall bring you all together'
اس کے بعد ہم نے بنی اسرائیل سے فرما دیا کہ اس سرزمین پر تم رہو سہو۔ ہاں جب آخرت کا وعده آئے گا ہم تم سب کو سمیٹ اور لپیٹ کر لے آئیں گے

after him, we said to the children of israel, “inhabit the land, and when the promise of the hereafter arrives, we will bring you all together.”
اس کے بعد ہم نے بنی اسرائیل سے فرما دیا کہ اس سرزمین پر تم رہو سہو۔ ہاں جب آخرت کا وعده آئے گا ہم تم سب کو سمیٹ اور لپیٹ کر لے آئیں گے

and after him, we said to the descendants of israel, “reside in this land – then when the promise of the hereafter comes, we will bring you all huddled together.”
اس کے بعد ہم نے بنی اسرائیل سے فرما دیا کہ اس سرزمین پر تم رہو سہو۔ ہاں جب آخرت کا وعده آئے گا ہم تم سب کو سمیٹ اور لپیٹ کر لے آئیں گے

and we said after pharaoh to the children of israel, "dwell in the land, and when there comes the promise of the hereafter, we will bring you forth in [one] gathering."
اس کے بعد ہم نے بنی اسرائیل سے فرما دیا کہ اس سرزمین پر تم رہو سہو۔ ہاں جب آخرت کا وعده آئے گا ہم تم سب کو سمیٹ اور لپیٹ کر لے آئیں گے
