4. to authorize the buyer or buyers or its/their authorized representative to receive from the register of deeds for the province of ibaan and the relevant municipal or provincial assessor’s office the new transfer certificate(s) of title and tax declaration(s) over the property, respectively, arising from or to be issued pursuant to the sale, conveyance, assignment and transfer of the property authorized above;
