Ва пеш аз он ки баногоҳ ва бехабар азоб бар шумо фуруд ояд, ба беҳтарин чизе, ки аз ҷониби Парвардигоратон нозил шудааст, пайравӣ кунед,

have fear of the day when god will bring all the messengers together and ask them, "what was the response of men to your call?"
Рӯзе, ки Худо паёмбаронро гирд орад ва бипурсад, ки даъвати шуморо чӣ гуна посӯх доданд?

many were the ways of life that have passed away before you: travel through the earth, and see what was the end of those who rejected truth.
Пеш аз шумо воқеъаҳое будааст, пас бар рӯи замин бигардед ва бингаред, ки поёни кори онҳо, паёмбаронро ба дурӯғгӯӣ нисбат медоданд, чӣ будааст?

[be warned of] the day when allah will assemble the messengers and say, "what was the response you received?"
Рӯзе, ки Худо паёмбаронро гирд орад ва бипурсад, ки даъвати шуморо чӣ гуна посӯх доданд?
