Гуфтанд: «Чӣ гуна бо кудаке, ки дар гаҳвора аст, сухан бигӯем».

and he it is who is allah in the heavens and allah in the earth; and he is the wise, the knowing.
Ӯст, ки ҳам дар осмон Худост ва ҳам дар замин Худост ва ҳакиму доност!

and who is more unjust than one who prevents the name of allah being mentioned in the mosques, and strives for their ruin?
Кист ситамкортар аз он ки нагзошт, ки номи Худо дар масҷидҳои Худо бурда шавад ва дар вайрон сохтани онҳо кӯшид?

and (as for) those who believe in the falsehood and disbelieve in allah, these it is that are the losers.
Касоне, ки ба ботил гаравиданд ва ба Худо кофир шуданд, зиёнкоронанд».

[it is that] you believe in allah and his messenger and strive in the cause of allah with your wealth and your lives.
Ба Худову паёмбараш имон биёваред ва дар роҳи Худо бо молу ҷони худ ҷиҳод кунед.

allah, whose is that which is in the heavens and that which is in the earth; and woe be unto the infidels because of a torment severe
Худое, ки ҳар чӣ дар осмонҳову замин аст, аз они Ӯст! Пас вой бар кофирон аз азобе сахт.

and he hath no authority over them except that we would know him who believeth in the hereafter from him who is in doubt thereof.
Ва шайтонро бар онон ғолибияте набуд, магар он ки мехостем маълум дорем, ки чӣ касоне ба қиёмат имон доранд ва чӣ касоне аз он дар шак ҳастанд.

and moses said, 'i take refuge in my lord and your lord from every man who is proud, and believes not in the day of reckoning.'
Мӯсо гуфт: «Ман ба Парвардигори худ ва Парвардигори шумо аз ҳар худписанде, ки ба рӯзи хисоб бовар надорад, паноҳ мебарам!»

mary pointed to the child then; but they said, 'how shall we speak to one who is still in the cradle, a little child?'
Ба фарзанд ишора кард. Гуфтанд: «Чӣ гуна бо кудаке, ки дар гаҳвора аст, сухан бигӯем».

as for ad, they waxed proud in the land without justification and said: “who is greater than we in strength?”
Аммо қавми Од ба ноҳақ дар, рӯи замин гарданкашӣ карданд ва гуфтанд: «Чӣ касе аз мо боқувват тар аст?»
