(நபியே!) இன்னும், "சத்தியம் வந்தது அசத்தியம் அழிந்தது. நிச்சயமாக அசத்தியமானது அழிந்து போவதேயாகும்' என்று கூறுவீராக.

and for every nation there is a doom, so when their doom is come they shall not remain behind the least while, nor shall they go before.
ஒவ்வோரு கூட்டதாருக்கும் (வாழ்வுக்கும், வீழ்வுக்கும்) ஒரு காலக்கெடு உண்டு, அவர்களுடைய கெடு வந்துவிட்டால் அவர்கள் ஒருகணப் பொழுதேனும் பிந்தவும் மாட்டார்கள்; முந்தவும் மாட்டார்கள்.

a term is fixed for every people; and when their appointed time is come there will neither be a moment's delay nor haste.
ஒவ்வோரு கூட்டதாருக்கும் (வாழ்வுக்கும், வீழ்வுக்கும்) ஒரு காலக்கெடு உண்டு, அவர்களுடைய கெடு வந்துவிட்டால் அவர்கள் ஒருகணப் பொழுதேனும் பிந்தவும் மாட்டார்கள்; முந்தவும் மாட்டார்கள்.

that he may forgive some of your sins and prolong your term till an appointed time. surely when god's appointed time is come it will not be put off, if only you knew!
"(இவ்வாறு நீங்கள் நடந்தால்) உங்களுடைய பாவங்களை அவன் மன்னிப்பான்; மேலும் ஒரு குறிப்பிட்ட தவணைவரை அவன் உங்களுக்கு அவகாசமளிப்பான்; நிச்சயமாக அல்லாஹ்வின் தவணை வரும்போது, அது பிற்படுத்தப்படமாட்டாது - (இதை) நீங்கள் அறிந்து கொண்டவர்களாக இருந்தால்" (என்றும் கூறினார்).

if god should take men to task for what they have earned he would not leave upon the face of the earth one creature that crawls; but he is deferring them to a stated term. but when their term is come -- surely god sees his servants.
மனிதர்களை அவர்கள் சம்பாதித்த (தீ) வினைக்காக அல்லாஹ் அவர்களை (உடனுக்குடன்) பிடி(த்துத் தண்டி)ப்பதாக இருந்தால் பூமியில் உயிர்ப் பிராணிகள் ஒன்றையுமே விட்டு வைக்கமாட்டான்; ஆயினும், ஒரு குறிப்பிட்ட தவணைவரை அவர்களைப் (பிடிக்காது) பிற்படுத்துகிறான்; அவர்களுடைய தவணை வந்துவிட்டால் நிச்சயமாக அல்லாஹ் தன் அடியார்களை உற்று நோக்குபவனாகவே இருக்கின்றான்.

and when there are rehearsed unto them our plain revelations, they this messenger is naught but as a man who seeketh to prevent you from that which your fathers have been worshipping. and they say: this message is naught but a fraud fabricated. and those who disbelieve say of the truth when it is come unto them: this is naught but manifest magic.
நம்முடைய தெளிவான வசனங்கள் அவர்களுக்கு ஓதிக் காண்பிக்கப்பட்டால், அவர்கள்; "இவர் (ஒரு சாதாரண) மனிதரே அன்றி வேறில்லை உங்கள் மூதாதையவர்கள் வணங்கிக் கொண்டிருந்தவற்றை விட்டும் உங்களைத் தடுத்து விடவே இவர் விரும்புகிறார்" என்று கூறுகிறார்கள்; இன்னும் அவர்கள் "இது இட்டுக் கட்டப்பட்ட பொய்யேயன்றி வேறில்லை" என்றும் கூறுகின்றனர். மேலும், அல் ஹக்கு (சத்தியம்; திருக் குர்ஆன்) அவர்களிடத்தில் வந்தபோது, "இது வெளிப்படையான சூனியமேயன்றி வேறில்லை" என்றும் நிராகரிப்பவர்கள் கூறுகிறார்கள்.
