if your name of jewellery item(s) is damaged and your claim is approved, we will repair it. if the item can’t be repaired, or it is lost or stolen, we will replace the item with a new item from a tfg store you will be able to choose any jewellery item (including a watch, even if your insured item is not a watch) from a tfg store as your replacement item! the item you choose as your replacement item does not have to cost the same as the insured item, but 1. if you choose a replacement item with a selling price higher than your policy’s limit of cover you will have to pay in the difference between the limit of cover and the selling price of the replacement item. you will be able to do this in cash or by debit to your tfg store account. the limit of cover is the price of the insured item when you bought it including vat and before markdowns. 2. if you choose a replacement item with a selling price lower than your policy’s limit of cover you will not receive payment of the difference between the selling price of the replacement item and the limit of cover.
