i do not worship those that you worship
« ያንን የምትግገዙትን ( ጣዖት አሁን ) አልግገዛም ፡ ፡

do not compare god with anyone . god has knowledge , but you have not .
ለአላህም አምሳያዎችን አታድርጉ ፡ ፡ አላህ ( መሳይ እንደሌለው ) ያውቃል ፡ ፡ እናንተ ግን አታውቁም ፡ ፡

we have not revealed the quran to you that you may be unsuccessful .
ቁርኣንን ባንተ ላይ እንድትቸገር አላወረድንም ፡ ፡

believers , obey god and his messenger , and do not turn away from him now that you have heard all .
እናንተ ያመናችሁ ሆይ ! አላህንና መልክተኛውን ታዘዙ ፡ ፡ እናንተም የምትሰሙ ስትኾኑ ከርሱ አትሽሹ ፡ ፡

we have not sent down the qur 'an to you that you should be burdened ,
ቁርኣንን ባንተ ላይ እንድትቸገር አላወረድንም ፡ ፡

do not be niggardly , nor extravagant that you may later feel reprehensive and constrained .
እጅህንም ወደ አንገትህ የታሰረች አታድርግ ፡ ፡ መዘርጋትንም ሁሉ አትዘርጋት ፤ የተወቀስክ የተቆጨኽ ትኾናለህና ፡ ፡

and it is not the speech of a poet . little is the faith that you have !
እርሱም የባለቅኔ ቃል ( ግጥም ) አይደለም ፡ ፡ ጥቂትን ብቻ ታምናላችሁ ፡ ፡

and how can you have patience in that of which you have not got a comprehensive knowledge ?
« በዕውቀትም በእርሱ ባላዳረስከው ነገር ላይ እንዴት ትታገሳለህ »

and all that you do not see ,
በማታዩትም ነገር ፡ ፡

believers , do not devour usury multiplied many times over . fear god , so that you may prosper ,
እናንተ ያመናችሁ ሆይ ! አራጣን የተነባበሩ እጥፎች ሲኾኑ አትብሉ ፡ ፡ ትድኑም ዘንድ አላህን ፍሩ ፡ ፡

and you will not cause failure [ to allah ] upon the earth . and you have not besides allah any protector or helper .
እናንተም በምድር ውስጥ የምታቅቱ አይደላችሁም ፡ ፡ ለእናንተም ከአላህ ሌላ ከዘመድም ከረዳትም ምንም የላችሁም ፡ ፡

" taste my punishment now that you have scorned my warnings ! "
« ቅጣቴንና ማስጠንቀቂያዎቼንም ቅመሱ » ( ተባሉ ) ፡ ፡

believers , do not consume usury , doubled and redoubled , and fear allah , in order that you shall prosper .
እናንተ ያመናችሁ ሆይ ! አራጣን የተነባበሩ እጥፎች ሲኾኑ አትብሉ ፡ ፡ ትድኑም ዘንድ አላህን ፍሩ ፡ ፡

but the favour you oblige me with is that you have enslaved the children of israel . "
« ይህችም የእስራኤልን ልጆች ባሪያ በማድረግህ በእኔ ላይ የምትመጻደቅባት ጸጋ ነት ፡ ፡ »

what is the matter with you that you do not speak ?
« የማትናገሩት ለናንተ ምን አላችሁ ? »

do not obey them if they force you to consider equal to me things which you do not know are such . " you will all return ( to me ) and i shall show all that you have done .
ሰውንም በወላጆቹ መልካም አድራጎትን አዘዝነው ፡ ፡ ላንተም በእርሱ ዕውቀት የሌለህን ( ጣዖት ) በእኔ እንድታጋራ ቢታገሉህ አትታዘዛቸው ፡ ፡ መመለሻችሁ ወደኔ ነው ፡ ፡ ትሠሩት የነበራችሁትንም ሁሉ እነግራችኋለሁ ፡ ፡

most hateful it is with allah that you say that which you do not do .
የማትሠሩን ነገር መናገራችሁ አላህ ዘንድ መጠላቱ ተለቀ ፡ ፡

and he bequeathed you their lands and their houses and their wealth , and land that you have not yet set foot upon ; and allah is able to do all things .
ምድራቸውንም ፣ ቤቶቻቸውንም ፣ ገንዘቦቻቸውንም ገና ያልረገጣችኋትንም ምድር አወረሳችሁ ፡ ፡ አላህም በነገሩ ሁሉ ላይ ቻይ ነው ፡ ፡

" peace be upon you for all that you have steadfastly endured . how excellent is the final abode ! "
« ሰላም ለእናንተ ይኹን ፡ ፡ ( ይህ ምንዳ ) በመታገሳችሁ ነው ፡ ፡ የመጨረሻይቱም አገር ምን ታምር ! » ( ይሏቸዋል ) ፡ ፡

and fulfil the covenant which you have made with allah and do not break your oaths after having firmly made them , and after having made allah your witness . surely allah knows all that you do .
ቃል ኪዳንም በገባችሁ ጊዜ በአላህ ቃል ኪዳን ሙሉ ፡ ፡ መሓሎቻችሁንም ከአጠነከራችኋት በኋላ አላህን በእናንተ ላይ በእርግጥ መስካሪ ያደረጋችሁ ስትኾኑ አታፍርሱ ፡ ፡ አላህ የምትሠሩትን ሁሉ ያውቃልና ፡ ፡
