parib agrees that any misrepresentation of this agreement, of ikon australia limited’s business or of the product’s trading generally to any customer and/or person, including but not limited to misrepresentation of ib as an employee or representative of ikon australia limited, fraudulent claims as to guaranteed returns false representation as to success in trading foreign currencies or as to returns that may be earned, or any other misstatement about ikon australia limited, if such a misrepresentation is found, then at its sole discretion, ikon australia limited is entitled to immediately terminate this agreement with immediate effect and refrain from the payment of fees to the ib in accordance with clause 6 above. furthermore ib undertakes to accept the decision of ikon australia limited and not to object in relation to the same, and in accordance with the appropriate financial regulations and/or practice, the ib hereby agrees and covenant that he is not entitled to any fees (rebate + commission) in excess of 40% of each customer’s money introduced by him to ikon australia limited and to this end, for the benefit of the customer, any excess amount to that 40% shall be refunded to the customer’s 4 tl / account despite any objection or contestation from the ib.agraph
