for info of all operators. well gentlemen, today's main points which emerged during meeting with police representatives. the acp chaired the meeting and conveyed his points. shos, other insp/ sub insp were in attendance. he conveyed all points which are given in the poster/ handout given by dp to all stations. in addition important one's are given below for action. 1. armed guard should be available on stations in all three shifts till situation improves or law and order threat is reduced. 2. cash deposit to take place on daily basis. he had lot of other points related to cash for petrol pumps. 3. alarm system to be activated in cc tv cameras. 4. unwanted persons like those who come on scooters, mcs or on foot, not to be permitted inside the premises. all visitors to be viewed with suspicion. 5. in case of smallest of problems, somebody should shout '100 number ko bulao/ phone karo' as a precautionary measure as small time thieves/ trouble creators are scared of pcr people. 6. call for '100' immediately on occurance of problem/ incident. 7. police verification of employees to be carried out. 8. complete details of present employees like their photos, biodata, delhi/ village address, details of wife, children, parents, brothers and sisters to be available on stations. 8. those workers who have left the job in recent past to be monitored. there whereabouts, working/ not working, details of their families etc should be known to the authorities. 9. everyone to be vigilant always while on duty. primarily, all points conveyed were related to deteriorating law and order situation. police is expecting huge increase in crime in the days to come. so friends please be vigilant.
