primary goal of this application is to cool or heat the outside surface of a steering wheel, and make the driving more pleasent and safer. the multifuctional steering wheel is made of two parts. the first part is the steering wheel itself with the outside surface made of porous material so that the cold or hot air can circulate through it. the second part is made of pipes which bring cold or hot air into the steering wheel and a hollow pipe inside which makes the circulation of the air inside possible. since the pipe is porous, the air passes through little holes and quickly makes the surface of the steering wheel cool or warm.
