the communicative clinical action was developed on the basis of the concept of risk communication.the content was informed to the welders supported by the literature review on clinical characteristics of burns: 1 chemical burns reaction of the skin in contact with hot metal, 2 thermal burns contact of the skin with hot objects, and 3 thermal and chemical burns uv radiation on the skin and eyes, and presence of spark in the eye. welders were presented the anatomical and physiological characteristics of the skin and eyes, risks of welding activity that favor occurrence of burns hot objects, uv radiation, and presence of sparks and recommendations to prevent burns in the relation to the specificity with the work activity.
a ação clínica comunicativa foi desenvolvida com base no conceito de comunicação de risco.a mensagem a ser comunicada aos soldadores foi desenvolvida apoiada em revisão de literatura acerca das características clínicas de queimaduras reação da pele em contato com metal – queimadura química; contato da pele com objetos quentes – queimadura térmica; radiação ultravioleta na pele e nos olhos, e presença de fagulha nos olhos – queimaduras térmicas e químicas.apresentaram-se aos soldadores as características anatomofisiológicas da pele e dos olhos, os riscos na atividade de solda que favorecem a ocorrência de queimaduras objetos quentes, radiação ultravioleta e presença de fagulhas e as recomendações para prevenção de queimaduras na relação com a especificidade da atividade laboral.
