then those who recite, being mindful,
ސަފުސަފަށް ތިއްބަވާ ملائكة ންނާއި، އުރެދުންތަކުން މީސްތަކުން ދުރުކުރައްވާ ملائكة ންނާއި، قرآن ކިޔަވައިވިދާޅުވާ ملائكة ން ގަންދެއްވައި وحى ކުރައްވަމެވެ.

so be mindful of god and listen to me.
ފަހެ، ތިޔަބައިމީހުން اللَّه އަށް تقوى ވެރިވާށެވެ! އަދި ތިޔަބައިމީހުން އަހުރެންނަށް ކިޔަމަންތެރިވާށެވެ!

is there in that an oath for the mindful?
ބުއްދީގެ ވެރިޔަކަށް އެކަންކަމުގައި (ފުދޭވަރުގެ) ހުވަޔެއް ވާކަން ކަށަވަރެވެ.

for those who believe and are mindful of god,
އެއުރެންނަކީ إيمان ވެ، تقوى ވެރިވެ އުޅުނު މީހުންނެވެ.

is there in that an oath for a mindful man?
ބުއްދީގެ ވެރިޔަކަށް އެކަންކަމުގައި (ފުދޭވަރުގެ) ހުވަޔެއް ވާކަން ކަށަވަރެވެ.

and those who are mindful of their moral obligations.
އަދި، އެއުރެންނީ، އެއުރެންގެ ނަމާދުގެ މައްޗަށް ރައްކާތެރިވާ މީހުންނެވެ.

and of everything we have created pairs that you may be mindful.
ކޮންމެ އެއްޗަކުން ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ އަންހެން ފިރިހެން ދޭތި އުފެއްދެވީމެވެ. (އެއީ) ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ހަނދުމަކުރުމަށްޓަކައެވެ.

and certainly we have made the word to reach them so that they may be mindful.
އަދި ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ وحى ގެ ބަސްފުޅު (އެބަހީ: قرآن) ވިދިވިދިގެން ބާވައިލައްވައި، އެއުރެންނާ ހަމަޔަށް ގެނެސްދެއްވީމެވެ. (އެއީ) އެއުރެން ހަނދުމަކުރުމަށްޓަކައެވެ.

those who are mindful of their lord will be rewarded with gardens of bliss.
ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، تقوى ވެރިންނަށް އެއުރެންގެ ވެރިރަސްކަލާނގެ حضرة ގައި نعمة ގެ ސުވަރުގެތައްވެއެވެ.

yet the reward of the hereafter is best for those who believe and are mindful of god.
އަދި ހަމަކަށަަވަރުން، إيمان ވެ، تقوى ވެރިވެއުޅުނު މީހުންނަށް، آخرة ގެ ދަރުމައިގެ ހެޔޮކަން މާބޮޑެވެ.

'this is that you were promised; it is for every mindful penitent.'
(އަދި އަންގަވާނެތެވެ.) މިއީ ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް وعد ކުރައްވާ ކަންތަކެވެ. (އެކަންއޮތީ) اللَّه ގެ حضرة އަށް ގިނަގިނައިން رجوع ވާ، އަދި އެކަލާނގެ عهد ތަކަށް ރައްކާތެރިވާ ކޮންމެ މީހަކަށެވެ.

yet speak gently to him, that haply he may be mindful, or perchance fear.'
ފަހެ، މަޑުމައިތިރި ބަހުން ތިޔަދެބޭކަލުން އޭނާއަށް ބަސް ވިދާޅުވާށެވެ! (އެއީ) އޭނާ ހަނދުމަކޮށް، ނުވަތަ ބިރުވެތިވޭތޯ އެކަމުގެ އުންމީދުގައެވެ.

and certainly we overtook firon's people with droughts and diminution of fruits that they may be mindful.
ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ތަދުމަޑު އަހަރުތަކާއި، މޭވާތަކުގެ އުނިކަން މެދުވެރިކުރައްވައި، ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ فرعون ގެ މީހުން ހިއްޕެވީމެވެ. (އެއީ) އެއުރެން ހަނދުމަކުރުމަށްޓަކައެވެ.

and he it is who made the night and the day to follow each other for him who desires to be mindful or desires to be thankful.
އަދި އެކަލާނގެއީ، ރެޔާއި ދުވާލު އެކައްޗަކަށްފަހު، އަނެކައްޗެއް އަންނަގޮތުގައި ލެއްވި ރަސްކަލާނގެއެވެ. އެއީ ހަނދުމަކުރުމަށް އެދޭމީހަކަށް، ނުވަތަ شكر ވެރިވުމަށް އެދޭމީހަކަށްޓަކައެވެ.

and certainly we have repeated this to them that they may be mindful, but the greater number of men do not consent to aught except denying.
އަދި ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ އެ ފެން، އެއުރެންގެ މެދުގައި، އެއްތަނުން އަނެއްތަނަށް ބަދަލުކުރެއްވީމެވެ. އެއުރެން އެކަން ހަނދުމަކުޅައުމަށްޓަކައެވެ. ފަހެ، މީސްތަކުންކުރެ ގިނަމީހުން، ދެކޮޅުވެރިވެ، كافر ވުން މެނުވީ قبول އެއް ނުކުރޫއެވެ.

believers! do not swallow interest, doubled and redoubled, and be mindful of allah so that you may attain true success.
އޭ إيمان ވެއްޖެ މީސްތަކުންނޭވެ! ގިނަގުނަވެގެންވާ ގުނަތަކެއްގެ ގޮތުގައި ތިޔަބައިމީހުން رِبا ނުކާށެވެ! އަދި، ތިޔަބައިމީހުން اللَّه އަށް تقوى ވެރިވާށެވެ! އެއީ، ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ދިންނަވައި نصيب ލިބުމަށްޓަކައެވެ. (ނޯޓު: މި آية ގައި ގިނަގުނަވެގެންވާ ގުނަތަކެއްގެ ގޮތުގައި رِبا ނުކެއުމަށް އެންގެވުމަކުން، އެނޫންގޮތެއްގައި رِبا ކެއުން ހުއްދައެއް ނުވެއެވެ.)

and certainly we gave musa the book after we had destroyed the former generations, clear arguments for men and a guidance and a mercy, that they may be mindful.
އަދި ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، އިހުގެ جيل ތައް ހަލާކު ކުރެއްވުމަށްފަހުގައި، ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ موسى ގެފާނަށް ފޮތް ދެއްވީމެވެ. (އެއީ) މީސްތަކުންނަށް ހުރި عبرة އެއް ކަމުގައްޔާއި، ތެދުމަގެއް ކަމުގައްޔާއި، رحمة އެއް ކަމުގައެވެ. (އެއީ) އެއުރެން ހަނދުމަކުރުމަށްޓަކައެވެ.

(this is) a chapter which we have revealed and made obligatory and in which we have revealed clear communications that you may be mindful.
(މިއީ) سورة އެކެވެ. ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ، އެ سورة ބާވައިލެއްވީ އަދި އެ سورة ގައިވާ ކަންތައްތައް ކަނޑައަޅުއްވައި فرض ކުރެއްވީ، އަދި ފާޅުވެ بيان ވެގެންވާ ހެކިތައް، ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ އެ سورة ގައި ބާވައިލެއްވީ، ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ހަނދުމަކުރުމަށްޓަކައެވެ.

(it is) a book we have revealed to you abounding in good that they may ponder over its verses, and that those endowed with understanding may be mindful.
(މިއީ) ކަލޭގެފާނަށް ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ ބާވައިލެއްވި بركات ތެރި ފޮތެކެވެ. (އެއީ) އެއުރެން އެ ފޮތުގެ آية ތަކުގެ މާނަތަކާމެދު ވިސްނައި ފިކުރުކުރުމަށެވެ. އަދި ބުއްދީގެ أهل ވެރިން (އެއިން) نصيحة ލިބިގަތުމަށެވެ.

and hell is made to appear on that day. on that day shall man be mindful, and what shall being mindful (then) avail him?
އަދި އެދުވަހުން ނަރަކަ ގެންނަވާނެތެވެ. އެދުވަހުން އިންސާނާ ހަނދުމަކުރާނެތެވެ. އެ ހަނދާންކުރުމުން އޭނާޔަށް ފައިދާއެއްކުރާނީ ކޮންފަދައަކުން ހެއްޔެވެ؟
