and unto each! we propounded similitude thereunto; and each we ruined an utter ruin.
އެއިން ކޮންމެ ބަޔަކަށްމެ، ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ މިސާލުތައް ދައްކަވައި، إنذار ކުރެއްވީމެވެ. އަދި ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ އެއިންކޮންމެ ބަޔަކުމެ، ހަލާކުކުރައްވައި، ނެތިކުރެއްވީމެވެ.

we have indeed propounded for mankind all kinds of parables in this qur'an that they may take heed.
ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ މި قرآن ގައި މީސްތަކުންނަށް، ހުރިހާ ބާވަތަކުން مثال ޖެއްސެވީމެވެ. (އެއީ) އެއުރެން ހަނދުމަކުޅައުމަށްޓަކައެވެ.

and assuredly we have propounded for mankind in this qur'an all kinds of similitudes, that haply they may be admonished.
ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ މި قرآن ގައި މީސްތަކުންނަށް، ހުރިހާ ބާވަތަކުން مثال ޖެއްސެވީމެވެ. (އެއީ) އެއުރެން ހަނދުމަކުޅައުމަށްޓަކައެވެ.

and assuredly we have destroyed the cities round about you. and we have variously propounded our signs, that haply they might return.
އަދި ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ރަށްތަކުގެ ތެރެއިން ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ ވަށައިގެންވާ ތަންތަން ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ ހަލާކުކުރެއްވީމެވެ. އަދި ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ حجّة ތައް ތަފާތުގޮތްގޮތަށް ބަޔާންކޮށްދެއްވީމެވެ. (އެއީ ތެދުމަގަށް) އެއުރެން އެނބުރި رجوع ވުމަށްޓަކައެވެ.

and assuredly we have variously propounded for mankind in this qur'an every kind of similitude, yet most men have refused everything except infidelity.
ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، މި قرآن ގައި ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ މީސްތަކުންނަށް ހުރިހާ ބާވަތަކުން مثال ބަޔާންކުރެއްވީމެވެ. ދެންވެސް މީސްތަކުންކުރެ ގިނަމީހުން، ދެކޮޅުވެރިވެ، كافر ވުން މެނުވީ قبول އެއް ނުކުރޫއެވެ.

and assuredly we have variously propounded in this qur'an for mankind every kind of similitude; and man is of all things the most disputing.
ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ މި قرآن ގައި ހުރިހާ ބާވަތަކުންވެސް މީސްތަކުންނަށް مثال ބަޔާންކުރެއްވީމެވެ. އަދި جدل ކުރުންގިނަ މީހަކުކަމުގައި އިންސާނާ ވިއެވެ.

beholdest thou not how allah hath propounded the similitude of the clean word? it is like a clean tree, its root firmly fixed, and its branches reaching unto heaven.
اللَّه، ރަނގަޅު ބަހެއްގެ مثال ޖެއްސެވީ ކޮންފަދައަކުންކަން ކަލޭގެފާނު ދެކެވަޑައި ނުގަންނަވަމުތޯއެވެ؟ އެއީ، އެ ގަހެއްގެ މޫތައް (ބިމުގައި) ހަރުލާފައި ހުންނަ، އަދި އެ ގަހެއްގެ ގޮފިތައް (ބިޔަކޮށްހެދި) މައްޗަށް އުފުލިފައިވާ ގަހެއްގެ مثال އެވެ.

and thus we have sent it down, an arabic recitation, and have propounded variously therein of the threats, that haply they may fear, or that it may generate in them some admonition.
އަދި ހަމައެފަދައިން، عرب ބަހުންވާ قرآن އެއްކަމުގައި ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ އެ ފޮތް ބާވައިލެއްވީމެވެ. އަދި އެ ފޮތުގައި ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ وعيد ތައް تفصيل ކޮށް بيان ކުރެއްވީމެވެ. (އެއީ) އެއުރެން ބިރުވެތިވެ، تقوى ވެރިވުމަށްޓަކައެވެ. ނުވަތަ އެއުރެންނަށް ހަނދާންކޮށްދީ، عبرة ލިބިދިނުމަށެވެ.

and assuredly we have propounded for mankind, in this qur'an, every kind of similitude; and if thou bringest unto them a sign, those who disbelieve are sure to say: ye are but followers of falsehood.
ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ މި قرآن ގައި މީސްތަކުންނަށް ހުރިހާ ބާވަތަކުން مثال ޖެއްސެވީމެވެ. އަދި އެއުރެންގެ ގާތަށް معجزة އަކާއިގެން ކަލޭގެފާނު ވަޑައިގެންފިނަމަ، كافر ވިމީހުން ބުނާނެކަން ކަށަވަރެވެ. باطل ގެ أهل ވެރިން ކަމުގައި މެނުވީ ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ނުވަމުއެވެ.
