142. el artículo 92 dispone que, cuando un agente de investigación tenga conocimiento de la comisión de un delito grave o de una de las infracciones penales mencionadas en una decisión del fiscal general, deberá informar al ministerio fiscal al respecto y acudir inmediatamente al lugar en el que se ha cometido el delito para acordonarlo, tomar posesión de todos los objetos relacionados con el delito y realizar las inspecciones generales necesarias.
