ወይም የዐፈር ባለቤት የኾነን ድኻ ( ማብላት ነው ) ፡ ፡

and we delivered them both and their people from the mighty distress .

but grieve not over them , nor distress thyself because of their plots .
በእነሱም ላይ አትዘን ፡ ፡ ከሚመክሩብህም ነገር በጭንቀት ውስጥ አትኹን ፡ ፡

so we responded to him and saved him from the distress . and thus do we save the believers .
ለርሱም ጥሪውን ተቀበልነው ፡ ፡ ከጭንቅም አዳነው ፡ ፡ እንደዚሁም ምእመናንን እናድናለን ፡ ፡

let not the utterances of the opponents distress you . indeed all honour is allah 's .
ንግግራቸውም አያሳዝንህ ፡ ፡ ኀይል ሁሉ በሙሉ የአላህ ብቻ ነውና ፡ ፡ እርሱ ሰሚው ዐዋቂው ነው ፡ ፡

and grieve you not for them , nor be straitened ( in distress ) because of what they plot .
በእነሱም ላይ አትዘን ፡ ፡ ከሚመክሩብህም ነገር በጭንቀት ውስጥ አትኹን ፡ ፡

and grieve thou not for them , nor be in distress because of what they plot ( against thee ) .
በእነሱም ላይ አትዘን ፡ ፡ ከሚመክሩብህም ነገር በጭንቀት ውስጥ አትኹን ፡ ፡

he said : i expose my distress and anguish only unto allah , and i know from allah that which ye know not .
« ጭንቀቴንና ሐዘኔንና የማሰሙተው ወደ አላህ ብቻ ነው ፡ ፡ ከአላህም በኩል የማታውቁትን ነገር ዐውቃለሁ » አላቸው ፡ ፡

and if we show mercy to them and remove the distress they have , they would persist in their inordinacy , blindly wandering on .
ባዘንንላቸውና ከጉዳትም በእነርሱ ያለውን ባነሳንላቸው ኖሮ በጥመታቸው ውስጥ የሚዋልሉ ኾነው ይዘወትሩ ነበር ፡ ፡

and assuredly we sent apostles unto communities before thee ; then we laid hold of them with adversity and distress , that haply they may humble themselves .
