when one god is mentioned , the hearts of those who do not believe in the day of judgment begin to shrink , but when the idols are mentioned , they rejoice .
አላህም ብቻውን በተወሳ ጊዜ የእነዚያ በመጨረሻይቱ ዓለም የማያምኑት ሰዎች ልቦች ይሸማቀቃሉ ፤ ( ይደነብራሉ ) ፡ ፡ እነዚያም ከእርሱ ሌላ የኾኑት ( ጣዖታት ) በተወሱ ጊዜ እነርሱ ወዲያውኑ ይደሰታሉ ፡ ፡

when god alone is mentioned , the hearts of those who do not believe in the hereafter shrink with resentment . but when those other than him are mentioned , they become filled with joy .
አላህም ብቻውን በተወሳ ጊዜ የእነዚያ በመጨረሻይቱ ዓለም የማያምኑት ሰዎች ልቦች ይሸማቀቃሉ ፤ ( ይደነብራሉ ) ፡ ፡ እነዚያም ከእርሱ ሌላ የኾኑት ( ጣዖታት ) በተወሱ ጊዜ እነርሱ ወዲያውኑ ይደሰታሉ ፡ ፡

and when allah alone is mentioned , the hearts of those who do not believe in the hereafter shrink , and when those besides him are mentioned , lo ! they are joyful .
አላህም ብቻውን በተወሳ ጊዜ የእነዚያ በመጨረሻይቱ ዓለም የማያምኑት ሰዎች ልቦች ይሸማቀቃሉ ፤ ( ይደነብራሉ ) ፡ ፡ እነዚያም ከእርሱ ሌላ የኾኑት ( ጣዖታት ) በተወሱ ጊዜ እነርሱ ወዲያውኑ ይደሰታሉ ፡ ፡

do they not see how we come to [ their ] land and shrink its borders ? god decides , no one can reverse his decision , and he is swift in reckoning .
እኛ ምድርን ከጫፎችዋ የምናጎድላት ኾነን የምንመጣባት መኾናችንን አላዩምን አላህም ይፈርዳል ፡ ፡ ለፍርዱም ገልባጭ የለውም ፡ ፡ እርሱም ምርመራው ፈጣን ነው ፡ ፡

allah knows what every female bears , and what shrinks and swells the womb . and everything with him has its measure .
አላህ ሴት ሁሉ የምታረግዘውን ያውቃል ፡ ፡ ማሕጸኖችም የሚያጎድሉትን የሚጨምሩትንም ( ያውቃል ) ፡ ፡ ነገሩም ሁሉ እርሱ ዘንድ በልክ የተወሰነ ነው ፡ ፤
