and verily we sent moses with our revelations and a clear warrant
และโดยแน่นอนเราได้ส่งมูซา พร้อมด้วยสัญญาณต่างๆ ของเราและหลักฐานอันชัดแจ้ง

and lo! it is a warrant unto those who ward off (evil).

or have we revealed unto them any warrant which speaketh of that which they associate with him?
หรือว่าเราได้ให้หลักฐานอันใดแก่พวกเขา เพื่อมันจะได้พูดในสิ่งที่พวกเขาตั้งภาคีต่อพระองค์

and saying: be not proud against allah. lo! i bring you a clear warrant.
และพวกท่านอย่ายกตนเหนืออัลลอฮฺ แท้จริงฉันมาหาพวกท่านพร้อมด้วยหลักฐานอันชัดแจ้ง

and in moses (too, there is a portent) when we sent him unto pharaoh with clear warrant,
และในเรื่องของมูซา เมื่อเราส่งเขาไปยังฟิร เอาน. พร้อมด้วยหลักฐานอันชัดแจ้ง

or thou cause the heaven to fall upon us piecemeal, as thou hast pretended, or bring allah and the angels as a warrant;
”หรือท่านทำให้ชั้นฟ้าหล่นลงมาบนพวกเราเป็นเสี่ยงๆ ตามที่ท่านอ้าง หรือนำอัลลอฮและมะลาอิกะฮมาให้เราเห็นต่อหน้า

yet they worship, besides god, things for which he sent down no warrant, and what they have no knowledge of. there is no savior for the transgressors.
และพวกเขาสักการะบูชาสิ่งอื่นจากอัลลอฮ์ ซึ่งพระองค์มิได้ประทานลงมาให้เป็นหลักฐาน และสำหรับพวกเขาไม่มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับเรื่องนี้ และสำหรับพวกอธรรมนั้นไม่มีผู้ช่วยเหลือใด ๆ

and they worship instead of allah that for which he hath sent down no warrant, and that whereof they have no knowledge. for evil-doers there is no helper.
และพวกเขาสักการะบูชาสิ่งอื่นจากอัลลอฮ์ ซึ่งพระองค์มิได้ประทานลงมาให้เป็นหลักฐาน และสำหรับพวกเขาไม่มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับเรื่องนี้ และสำหรับพวกอธรรมนั้นไม่มีผู้ช่วยเหลือใด ๆ

o ye who believe! choose not disbelievers for (your) friends in place of believers. would ye give allah a clear warrant against you?
ผู้ศรัทธาทั้งหลาย ! จงอย่าได้ยึดเอาบรรดาผู้ปฏิเสธศรัทธาเป็นมิตรอื่นจากผู้ศรัทธาทั้งหลาย พวกเจ้าต้องการที่จะให้อัลลอฮฺมีหลักฐานอันชัดเจนจัดการแก่พวกเจ้ากระนั้นหรือ?

we shall cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve because they ascribe unto allah partners, for which no warrant hath been revealed. their habitation is the fire, and hapless the abode of the wrong-doers.
เราจะโยนความกลัวเข้าไปในหัวใจของบรรดาผู้ที่ปฏิเสธศรัทธาเหล่านั้น เนื่องจากการที่พวกเขาให้มีภาคีแก่อัลลอฮ์ ซึ่งสิ่งที่พระองค์มิได้ทรงประทานหลักฐานใด ๆ มายืนยันในสิ่งนั้น และที่อยู่ของพวกเขา คือขุมนรก ช่างเลวร้ายจริง ๆ ซึ่งที่อยู่ของบรรดาผู้อธรรม

"how should i fear (the beings) ye associate with allah, when ye fear not to give partners to allah without any warrant having been given to you? which of (us) two parties hath more right to security? (tell me) if ye know.
และอย่างไรเล่าที่ฉันจะกลัวสิ่งที่พวกท่านให้มีภาคีขึ้น โดยที่พวกท่านไม่กลัวที่พวกท่านได้ให้มีภาคีแก่อัลลอฮ์ซึ่งสิ่งที่พระองค์มิได้ทรงให้มีหลักฐานใด ๆ ลงมาแก่พวกเจ้าในสิ่งนั้น แล้วฝ่ายใดเล่าในสองฝ่ายนั้น เป็นฝ่ายที่สมควรต่อความปลอดภัย ยิ่งกว่าหากพวกท่านรู้
