मैं अक्सर बन्सवारा जाता रहता हूँ ।

let's say that i go to the doctor's office. i hate when this happens, but every once in a while, i have to have my blood drawn. the reason i hate it is that i am kind of a chicken when it comes to getting my blood drawn.
चलो मानते हैं की मैं एक डॉक्टर के पास गया .और मुझे बहुत बुरा लगता है , लेकिन कभी न कभी हम को अपना खून निकलवाना ही पड़ता है. इसको पसंद न करने की वजह ये है की जब भी मेरा खून निकालने की बरी अति है मैं बहुत डर जाता हूँ .मुझे सूइयाँ पसंद नहीं . लेकिन मैं बिलकुल वही करता हूँ जैसा मुझे बताया गया होता है.मेरा खून निकाल लिया जाता है और मैं अपना ध्यान बाँटने की कोशिश करता हूँ जब मेरा खून इंजेक्शन में भर रहा होता है . जब तक यह ख़तम नहीं हो जाता मैं इधर उधर देखता हूँ.फिर यह मेरे दिमाग से निकल जाता है और में ऑफिस से ख़ुशी खुशी बाहर आता हूँ क्यूंकि अब मुझे इसके बारे में सोचने की ज़रूरत नहीं . लेकिन अब मुझे मेरे इस खून का पीछा करना है की क्या होता है खून को बाहर निकालने के बाद . तो सबसे पहले वह लोग खून को एक ट्यूब में डालते हैं .आमतोर पर आजकल पहले ये ही किया जाता है .आमतोर पर यह ट्यूब वहीँ रखी जाती है और सबसे पहले खून इसही में डालते हैं. और यह है मेरी ट्यूब का ढक्कन . इस ट्यूब के अन्दर मेरा खून है .और मेरा खून इस में भर रहा है . यह एक खास ट्यूब है ,और वह इसलिए क्यूंकि इस ट्यूब की दीवारों पर एक केमिकल लगा हुआ है जो खून को स्कन्द होने से बचाता है . खून को स्कन्द होने से इसलिए रोकते हैं क्यूंकि फिर उस पर कोई भी प्रयोगशाला काम करने में परेशानी होगी .तो इसलिए यह ट्यूब बहुत खास हुई खून सही में स्कन्द न हो .यह सही से काम कर रही है या नहीं ये जांचने के लिए हम इसे धीरे से हिलाते हैं यह निश्चित करने के लिए की खून में वह पदार्थ ठीक से मिल गया और वो स्कन्द नहीं होगा. और अब यहाँ से खून प्रयोगशाला में जाता है . प्रयोगशाला में एक मशीन होती है जो की मेरा और दुसरे लोगों का खून लेती है ,दुसरे मरीजों का जो की उसी दिन हॉस्पिटल या क्लिनिक में आए हुए होंगे . हम सभी के खून पर निशान लगा कर उनको इसमें दल जाता है .और मशीन घुमती है. और ये इतनी तेज़ घूमती है के इससे जुडी हुई ट्यूब अलग होने के बजाये इसके साथ घुमती हैं . जब यह सारी ट्यूब घुमने लगती हैं तो यह एक बल बनती हैं.जिसे हम सेन्ट्रीफ्यूगल बल कहते हैं. और इस क्रिया को centrifugation कहते हैं. मैं इसे यहाँ लिख देता हूँ centrifugation . और यह मशीन सेंट्रीफ्यूज कहलाती है और यह बहुत तेज़ी से घुमती है .मानो जैसे की एक दिशा से दूसरी दिशा की ओर जिससे यह खून बंटना शुरू हो जाता है . भारी हिस्सा नीचे की तरफ रह जाता है और हल्का हिस्सा ऊपर की तरफ . तो खून को सेंट्रीफ्यूज करने के बाद चलो मान लेते हैं की हम यह सब कर चुके और अब हमारे पास वही ट्यूब वापस आ गयी .मैं इसका एक चित्र बना देता हूँ . मान लेते हैं की यह ट्यूब को घुमाने के पहले का चित्र है और अब मैं बाद का चित्र बनाऊंगा . यह है ट्यूब को घुमाने के बाद का चित्र . तो अब घुमाने के बाद मेरा ट्यूब कैसा दिखेगा .मैं चित्र बना रहा हूँ और इसमें सबसे बड़ा अंतर यह है की वैसा ही सजातीय तरल दिखने के बजाये यह अब बहुत अलग दिखाई दे रहा है . अब हमारे पास तीन अलग अलग परतें हैं और मैं आपके लिए उन तीनो का चित्र बनाने जा रहा हूँ . तो यह है पहली और सबसे प्रभावशाली परत ,हमारे खून की सबसे ज्यादा मात्रा इस ही में पाई जाती है . और याद रखिये की यह सबसे पतली परत है और इस ही लिए यह ढक्कन के पास आ जाती है . और हमारे खून का 55% इस ही से बनता है .हम इसे प्लाज्मा कहते हैं अगर अपने पहले कभी यह शब्द सुना होगा तो आपको इसका मतलब पता होगा . मैं इसकी एक बूँद लेने जा रहा हूँ मान लेते हैं की मेने इसकी एक बूँद ले ली और अब मैं इस पर मेहनत कर के ये पता लगाना चाहता हूँ की इस में क्या है .

home is the place where we are born and live. it is the sweetest place in the world. when we sense danger elsewhere we find safety in our home. when there is joy, we share it with other members of our home. everybody loves home. for this reason are english poet has written: “home, home, sweet home, there is no place like home.” my home is situated in the middle of the village. there are six members in our family. they are my father, mother, grand-father, grand-mother, my sister and myself. i am the second and the youngest child of my parents. so, being the youngest member, i enjoy love and affection of all. my father is an advocate. my mother is a teacher. she works in the primary school in our village. my sister is a student. she reads in women’s college. my grand-mother and grand-father love my parents. i am their favourite grand son. we live in a thatched house. the house indicates the simplicity of our family. it has mud walls. there are four rooms excluding the drawing room and the kitchen. my parents share the room adjoining the kitchen. my grand-mother and grand-father share the room near the drawing room. another room is used as the store room. there is a spacious courtyard. we have also a cowshed with two cows and a little calf. i respect my parents and old grand-parents. i always obey their commands. my mother and grand-mother do not like to part with me for a moment. when i go to school, my grand-mother accompanies me up to the school. she waits for me at the school gate during the last period. my mother cooks food for us. as she is a teacher, she prepares food in the morning and preserves it properly for lunch. my sister who stays in the college hostel often comes and helps my mother in her work. i sometimes play interesting jokes with my grand-father and grand-mother. i am very fond of our garden. i water the flower plants at my leisure. when my grand-father goes to the cowshed, i go with him. i often kiss the little calf. when someone of my home falls ill, i take proper care. my uncle comes to our family every month. he brings sweets for me. sometimes the friends of my father come and take dinner here. my father is a good host. on my birthday my mother invites other teachers of her school. they all come and share the joy with us. all the villagers respect my home. they say that ours is an ideal home.
